Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential - Downtown Little Rock

Check in staff very friendly. Room smelled of wet dog literally hitting you in face as you walk in. Soiled carpet spots all over. Wallpaper peeling off wall near window floor to ceiling. Bathroom outlet didn't work. Elevator lights out so you rode in complete darkness. Hotel common areas clean. Parking close. One of worst places I've stayed in a long time.

loved the covered parking and the view out of the suite ! however, the breakfast runs out of most of the things by 8:00 am, thats my only gripe!

Motorcycle clubs the last two times we stayed there and one club was telling us where we had to park want be back to much drugs and alcohol

Room wasn’t the cleanest. The tub wouldn’t drain. No soap in containers. Couch looked 100 years old.

Quick over night stay while traveling. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and the river. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. Beds were comfy. Shower was good!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we checked in, Ashley at the front desk provided outstanding customer service and made us feel so welcome. The hotel was exceptionally clean, both inside and out. The bar area was beautiful, and the atmosphere throughout the property was phenomenal. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn. Breakfast was served daily and rooms were cleaned daily. The pool area was spacious and water felt refreshing. The location was great, close to airport and main streets. I would stay there again.

I was moved to 3 different rooms after the first 2 did not having working air conditioning. They were holding a police officer's retirement party at the pool and when they moved me to the 4th floor the music was so loud at the pool you could hear it in your room and the walls vibrated. I was traveling with children, so this made falling asleep at a decent hour hard. Overall the staff was accommodating but it was definitely frustrating

There was a DJ the first night. It was very loud and I could hear it thumbing until 11. I had to be up at 5 the next morning and was hoping to get to bed early. The staff was very helpful. It was an excellent stay.

Nice hotel, hotel was clean, breakfast was well stocked. Bar had good food and beverage selections. Outdoor pool was nice, just needed more chairs. Location was good, a little far to walk downtown but a couple breweries/restaurants walkable. Good place to stay.
