Everything except the wifi on our last night.

The rooms were nice and clean. The only downfall was it confusing connecting to the WiFi. I would suggest using your hotspot.

The next morning the staff was more pleasant and nice. Thank goodness. The ghetto mentality. Its not how we live. We went to 5 hotels with black people at the front desk and it was pleasant and nice. Evening shift was terrible but morning shift was very nice

Did not feel welcome here. $50 pet fee

took a while to get in because the person at the desk was out getting food. then when we got in was very short and wreaked of cheap weed. i'm pretty sure there were bed bugs in hindsight and we immediatley took all our clothes to the cleaners...

A few hours later I tried ordering food from the bar. The employee was so rude I told him just to cancel it and went out and picked something up to bring back to the room. We were traveling from Texas to Michigan. We had planned to leave early in the morning after getting their free buffet breakfast. It was supposed to open at 6 AM. We were told the "woman was running late". We waited until 7:20 AM. The woman never showed up. My husband has Parkinson's Disease and has to take his medication with food early in the morning. We checked out and purchased breakfast elsewhere.

Great hotel! My family of 6 fit in one room, great location and breakfast included. If going to Arkansas will definitely stay there again!

N/A It was awful… no interaction with anyone except through a glass. The smell of marijuana was so bad in the non-smoking room. No coffee pot, few lights worked.

The staff was superior! Starting with the front staff, custodial staff, and the kitchen staff, everyone was kind and making sure our stay met our expectations. The location was spot on for the landmarks we wanted to see. It was a fantastic experience.

This hotel felt dirty from the time we checked in.. then after night 2, we woke up to bed bugs and bites all over my husband & I!!! Do not recommend at all!!!

Convenient location off the interstate. Staff was friendly. Only issue we had was the front desk was unwilling or unable to add loyalty number to reservation. However, I’m not sure if it matters on a third-party booking or not.

Excellent location, very clean room and the breakfast was good. Finding the Esse Museum & Store was an unexpected bonus.

Roadtrip From Chicago to Houston, we decided to take a break in Little Rock, AR. We decided on this Hotel because it was accessible and Looked great on the Google maps search. It showed it had a Big Pool plus breakfast included. When we got there, it was very well laid out and looked clean and organized. The desk clerk was new but treated us great. She was very nice and patient as we got all the reservation information. We were pretty tired so she made check in smooth and quick. We got to our rooms and since the pool closes in the evening we got our swim shorts and ran for a quick dip. Once we got to the room. It was clean and smelled nice. We got a text from front desk on our phones and that’s how we kept communication with front desk, incase we needed anything. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels and soap to use. Nice pressure and hot water available. The bed was very comfy and I was trying to watch a movie on the TV but the bed won and I fell asleep. The Breakfast in the morning was good, with a full selection of choices. Eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, sweet bread and extras. We only stayed there one night and had to leave the next day. Check out was easy, just left the keys at front desk and they took care of the rest. Nothing really about the property itself, but the location is right by the expressway so you do hear the noise of the cars, trucks and motorcycles. I did have to use my earplugs because I’m a light sleeper. Unfortunately the pool is not indoors and it’s not heated so it was pretty cold being outdoors and the weather decided to be chilly.
