Nice restaurant and good size hotel. There was a roach in my room. Gross!

Staff was nice and it was attached to the convention hall. No microwave, barely any power outlets to charge, air conditioning was terrible the room has no air movement, couldn't sleep due to how how it was in the room.

Great location, beautiful hotel. Bathrooms were not clean and needed some TLC. Hotel staff Definitely lacking in preparedness. I came for the Ella Langley concert. Hotel was packed. I had never been to Little Rock before and was surprised what a sleepy town it was, especially since such a big venue is in the heart of the city. Everything in the hotel and surrounding closed sooooo early! The hotel Starbucks and restaurant were not ready for the crowds and closed early. I was shocked most of the hotel employees didn’t even know Ella was in town! This was the hotel’s chance to stay open late and feed all the hungry concert goers! After the concert, tons of hotel guests were just standing around in the lobby waiting for door dash to bring food. Big loss on the hotel’s side. The hotel is beautiful and is right on the river but the grounds are definitely lacking. Lots of homeless. Did not feel safe to walk alone. There is a bridge very close to the hotel to walk to the concert venue but it isn’t maintained well and was dark and had graffiti all over it. This is the perfect place to elevate as I would have loved to walk home on the bridge after the concert but it didn’t feel safe. The hotel needs to work with the city on this to make it a more, safe, walkable city. The main strip that the hotel is on has quite a few restaurants but nowhere to shop. Definitely missing out on income opportunities! Overall good hotel and would visit again.

Walking distance to almost everything you want to see in Little Rock. Older hotel but seems well maintained and recently updated. The staff was absolutely amazing. If your not an upper status member pay the extra $20 a night for CLUB level. This pays for Free access to the M Lounge for free breakfast, evening snacks and free snacks 24/7. The river view is awesome too. Very reasonably priced and well worth it.

Property was very clean. There is a Starbucks and a restaurant located at this property. Rooms- I made the mistake and we had double beds. Bed was comfortable but having 2 people in the same bed was not. So keep that in mind. Room was clean. Staff friendly and the overall was nice. We will definitely stay at this location again . Don’t forget to tip your valet- they were great!
