Nothing Everything

They have remodeled the hotel and looks great now. I had a good time

Horrible place stay away
-
Room was falling apart. I didn't want to set my stuff down on floor or dirty chair. Bathroom shower door was taped up. Walls not painted. Just grimy. We decided to go somewhere else to stay. The place we chose to stay was cheaper at last minute and much nicer. This place is a rip-off.

Loved it was great clean 5 stars
-
Filthy room with mold in windows and scum on shower floors.
-
The facility had a shady low life feel, prostitution, panhandling, people in and out at all hours of the night. Plumbing and television noises from neighboring units transmitted through shared vents, the rooms had no insulation in the walls so you could hear car doors slamming and noises from neighboring guests all night long. Terrible experience, never again.

Staff was good. Lady in front office was very good to me. I lost my key a couple of times and she made me comfortable. Thank you

Location No place to hang clothes in my room

This motel has been in Livermore for as long as I can remember. Probably since the 1950's. I no longer live in Livermore, but had an event to attend and decided to stay here. It was within walking distance of everything I needed to see, including restaurants and coffee. The rooms have been upgraded and were very clean. The lady at the desk was friendly. The ice machine was out of order, but there is a store nearby where ice can be purchased. I was very happy with the lodgings for the cost.

Everything was nice, clean, quiet. Enjoyed my stay.

The room doesn't look like the picture at all. It is very worn down.

Not much Seemed run down, bed was uncomfortable

The reception staff was quick and to the point. The location is conveniently across a shopping plaza for all sorts of food and necessities. Safe area despite looking sketchy. There was a strong chlorine smell from the shower drain. The water heating doesn't last long. Bedding had what looked like crumbs and eyelashes stuck to the lamp.

Bizarre place. Nowhere to hang clothes- not even a hook. No artwork. The fridge didn’t have any shelves. No phone to call front desk. Very skimpy towels. One little desk chair. No proper shower curtain ( only a fabric one without a liner). Zero amenities. Filthy TV remote.

Good, but very basic. No shampoo or new stuff for more than one night. Too basic for price

the location was excellent. there was no in room coffee but the starbucks was so close it took less time to walk across the street than to have used a brew machine. the tv was a nice old fashioned tv that I could turn on without streaming thorough my phone. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, the water pressure in the shower worked well. parking was right in front of my door. I loved that. the king room felt spacious. the wifi worked. I didn't find the balcony . lol. it apparently was the sidewalk in front of the door. the in room coffee was the Starbucks.
