Sands Motel

It was very clean The man at the front desk was very rude and he charged my card twice for my five night stay. Then when I extended my stay he told me check out is 11 and check in is 3 pm and he made me an my baby wait in 102 degrees for a hour until I asked did they have another room available and he said the maid didn’t come today and put me back in the room I was in the worst experience I have ever been in a motel

The safety of my car is very important. Here at the Sands you park just feet from your room door. Imagine how nice for a motorcycle. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the plumbing excellent. I worried knowing a Casino was closeby, proved to be no problem. I actually WALKED right by it on my way to St. Michael Catholic Church for Sunday Mass. The Sands Motel is an excellent location. After walking to Mass, I continued to a French bakery on Pacific Ave., then circled all through downtown before returning to the motel. How great to get in some walking exercise! There is also an Indian Food truck on the property. I parked close to that to further protect my parked car, did not sample the food. I would definitely return to the Sands Motel, Livermore, CA.

I like the fact that I can pull right up to the door easy access to room My only wish was that there was a bedside lamp. I had to leave the TV on in order to have light in the room in case I have to go to the bathroom.

My room was very modern and clean. Parking was easy and very quiet at night. Location is actually good if you are visiting Livermore.

The exterior the property his not very aesthetic however the rooms are sebaceous and clean with refrigerator and microwave as well as television entertainment. The ice machine was broken so the host provided me with ice. This is a great location especially if you are going to the livermore rodeo

Easy access to the main road and local restaurants The rooms are minimal. The hot water for the shower took about 7 minutes before it became hot. The sink water never did get hot and needed to shave with cold water. Would have been nice to have a plush chair to sit in versus the old office chair that leaned back way too far.

Staff was very friendly. Didn’t charge me for $150.00 security deposit. Everything was clean and comfy. Price was a little high for a small motel.

Reasonably priced with a very friendly staff. Room was fine for a short stay. Nice heater/air conditioner. TV worked well with a great channel selection. Clean room with a comfortable bed

The location is near downtown. The rooms were clean and appeared to have been updated fairly recently. The staff was very friendly. The lighting was horrible. There were no lamps on the bedside tables which was very annoying. The hotel is on a busy street so noise was high.

Parking was easy.
