Clean hotel but very noisy. Recommend booking top floor unless you want to hear stomping all night

The location is great and the rooms were clean. The water pressure in the shower is very poor.

This was an affordable and reasonable location. There was what looked like blood or sauce splattered on the roof and walls. This was brought to the attention of the front desk but nothing was done about it. Breakfast was a normal continental. Sheets and bedding was clean. Door key was a little difficult. Overall average/decent experience for the price.

My family and I stayed overnight. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bedding was very comfortable. Loved the fact that they serve breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. The open area downstairs was a nice spot to meet up with friends before going out. Breakfast was good and nice variety - I would say above average for free hotel breakfast. The location is close to the freeway and downtown, which is nice. However, the hotel is in the Jack in the Box, Chic-fil-a parking lot. Convenient if you are hungry, but not pretty.

We had a few issues with our room. The toilet would only flush once every couple hours, the microwave door didn't open fully due to installation against a wall, and the shower head had absolutely no pressure. But, the staff was friendly and tried their best to help.

Stayed at Hawthorne suites this last weekend. We got there very tired, but after two nights sleep there we felt very rested. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only thing is the outside of the property is not very inviting. But when you get in, everything is great.

Booked an accessible room here. Room was large and mostly comfortable, but the bathroom door opened the wrong direction in my opinion. The only chair in the room wasn't very comfortable to sit.

My first impression upon arriving were the old, worn out carpets in the hallways. Other than that, the room was comfortable and the breakfast area was pleasant, as well as, the food offered. The hotel staff were great!

No signage for the hotel on the building or visible from street. Located behind a Chick-fil-A and filling station. Room's A/C was not well maintained. Eventually got it working, but it ran very loud and sound was loudest when it finally cyled off. Not a very restful sleep. Looks like a surface remodel was done, but key elements of room were still old. Bed was good, but A/C canceled that out. Staff did nothing except offer apology when issues brought to their attention. Wouldn't stay here again.

The room was clean and very comfortable. At check in I discovered that we were in a room right next to the ice machine and I asked for and was given a room further away. The staff was very helpful and accomodating.
