I didn’t like that no rooms were open till 4 PM when my initial booking was for 12 PM. I had to wait and missed a meeting for work.

We made the reservation months ago and confirmed it before travel. I was told it was somehow my responsibility to have said that I never wanted any handicap accommodations. Uh? All our years of travel, I have never had to do such a thing. We have never required any special accommodations. Next time we return to Livermore for travel or a family visit, we will not stay here.

Saved the room I wanted. No Splenda (yellow packets) artificial sweetener for coffee. Most hotels do but this one didn’t.

In a safe environment, and close to downtown Livermore. it was a small hotel, which I liked.
