Best Western Plus Vineyard Inn

Shirley, Shelly, Sherry, was it? I'm not sure as I walked in so excited to start our vacation here in Livermore for the first and DEFINITELY THE LAST TIME! , I smiled and said good morning and ( she) completely ignored me?? So I stepped back and my husband continued the check in process. This employee seemed agitated, stressed, confused, and scattered. ( I'd love to watch this CCTV) so after all the unprofessional behaviors ( plural ) we walked to our room 107. Door away from the front door, front desk, and breakfast room. ( this gets more interesting) The room itself is exactly what we booked and wanted to enjoy during this trip. We've been traveling for 25 years at least twice a month! This was our first time visiting Livermore. We can hear EVERY ONE in the lobby & breakfast room day & night. That made the stay EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE! It was noisy, annoying, uncomfortable and DEFINITELY NOT RELAXING! We booked a tub room for relaxation & we were unable to relax! ( the cherry on top of this horrible hotel stay) maintenance was on site every day of our stay, banging above and to the side of us from 8-5. Why weren't we informed prior to our visit? No email, no note at our door? No communication as we walked in and out daily??? It was EXCRUCIATING! We've never experienced such unprofessionalism at a hotel stay EVER! We're trying to DISGUSTED and STRESSED from our stay in that room in that location! Why'd this happen to us? We're such fun, happy, lovely travelers. Ruined!!!

Extremely clean rooms.

Clean room. Love the multiple countertops for organizing my stuff. Curved shower curtain rod made shower area much larger which is very smart design! Friendly staff, very helpful.

Rooms were clean, and hotel was in a great location. We will definitely be staying there again!

The gym was basic sad really as on treadmill they taped the emergency stop button. Also my room door wouldn’t lock as door didn’t close properly without forcing it closed

Safe, clean, and super friendly! Front desk people are awesome, especially Stephanie. Pool was nice, could use a little skimming, but nicely heated to a refreshing temp. Parking is ample. Breakfast was nice and a good variety. Would def come back

Nice, newly renovated. Coffee maker in the room plus breakfast. I like staying here because it's conveniently located for my business needs.

The pool is beautiful, the beds were comfy, the view of the highway is gorgeous, the staff were helpful and attentive, and the breakfast was good. I could not have asked for a better experience, especially at that price point.

Really nice hotel. I would stay here for multiple nights if I needed to. Convenient to I 580 and near downtown Livermore.

The spa jets in the in room jacuzzi not very strong

Disappointing

Good breakfast but utensils ( plastic fork and knife ) were flimsy that it literally bend while cutting pancakes. They should use good quality plastic spoon and knife. Same on mgmt and best western chain to allow such inferior quality.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The beds were quite uncomfortable. Needs new mattresses for sure
