Desk clerk was rude. Questionable type people in the parking lot. Loud domestic issue in the hallway. Not the safest feeling.

Now for our room. It was very smelly, almost like stale smoke or mold. the rug was filthy and the curtains as well. The shower didn't have any conditioner and the containers for the bath product dispenser looked filthy like they had never been cleaned, The outside drain looked like it was falling into the center of the earth and was a trip hazard. I don't like giving bad reviews and am very sad because when we stayed there in April it was not like that. The only thing I can say nice is the lady working in the breakfast room on Sunday was sweet and on top of things. Some kids were really messy but she kept on top of it. I will not be coming back to this place.

Oh and no more free little toothbrushes if you forget you gotta pay $5 now.

Only problem with hotel is location. It's in a business area with no restaurants close. A few fast food restaurants several miles away.

THE BEDS WERE SUPER COMFY AND THE ROOM TEMP WAS PERFECT WHEN WE ARRIVED. EACH ROOM HAD A MINI FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE WHICH WAS SO CONVENIENT. THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT WITH WAFFLE MACHINE, OATMEAL, BAGELS AND EGGS AND SAUSAGE AND MORE! WE ALSO ENJOYED THE INDOOR POOL WHICH WAS THE PERFECT TEMP AS WELL AS THE SPA. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WILL STAY AGAIN!

Safe and quiet location. Clean amenities.

It was a good stay, however there was a sticky substance on the desk i had to try and clean. Breakfast was so-so. Everything else was fine.

Room was nice and the area is fairly quiet. Breakfast was good. We got in real late and the lady who checked is in was really great.
