From the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew this was going to be a great stay. The entire hotel smelled fresh, looked immaculate, and was exceptionally clean. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the property in top condition. My room felt new and was spotless. Everything was well-maintained, comfortable, and inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day. The complimentary breakfast was your typical self-serve hotel breakfast, but it had everything you need to start your morning. There was great coffee, fresh fruit, bagels, English muffins, cold and hot cereal, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, and plenty of other options. It was well-stocked and very convenient. The employees were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their excellent customer service made the stay even better. I also used the small fitness center, which was perfect for getting in a workout. It was clean, well-maintained, and best of all, I had it all to myself. Overall, this hotel offers an outstanding value for the price. Between the spotless accommodations, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient amenities, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend the Fairfield Inn & Suites Livermore to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.

The customer service was horrible. When housekeeping reported me as not checked out which was after 11am they should of either came up to the room or at the very least called and let me know check out was 11 am and was I awair of that or did I need another night because it would of all been cleared up right then and there but instead they choose to do neither and just lock me out of my room with no contact with me at all! This used to be our go to place to stay but not anymore.
