La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Livingston

Staff is great, room was clean, comfortable bed, but mildew in bathroom ceiling and carpets could use a good cleaning. It's a 3 star stay.

Not a great experience! Bathroom is moldy, found a carpet bettle on the bed, no washrags, front clerk was unable to be found for about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, Livingston doesn’t have many hotel options.

Not clean at all. Cockroaches in the room. Pet hairs in the room. Didn’t clean the room ( stayed more than 1 night). Don’t replenish the toiletries. Ice machines don’t work. Market empty. Breakfast the worst of any La Quintas I have stayed. Usually, La Quinta inn are ok motels, but this one is like the franchises don’t care.

My reservation was canceled for some unknown reason even though I purchased cancel protection. Spent 2 hours trying to get booked in after 4 hour drive. Never got confirmation of refund for the first booking. Staff rude. Room was dirty, bath tub floor was rusted out. Room smelt of smoke. Over all unimpressed with my stay.

Staff was very friendly but the owner was never there to where I could address issues. One of the issues was the didn’t allow any discounts that weekend and the room was not cleaned properly. I will not be staying at LaQuinta properties again. My last experience was dirty linens and mold.

Staff very Rude at room check out at 11:45 and harassed me with the police or apply more charge to me card if I don’t left the room before 12. Elevator broken at check out day. We had to carry the luggage down the stairs from the third floor Big cockroaches die since first day at room door. Never cleaned. After 3 days. We ask a couple towels with reception staff and never bring it. Terrible experience. The worse of my live.

The individuals that worked the front desk did their best to be accommodating and were very kind and courteous. My reservation was cancelled in their system and it took from 11pm to 1am to get into our room. They also stopped serving breakfast earlier than stated time and the rooms were clean but the hotel overall was worse for wear.

The toilet won’t

This property needs some tender loving care!! The bed was comfortable however the furniture is garbage ready! We found other people clothing under the beds. Glad it was only for a night

The breakfast was not good. The biscuits were cold, they ran out of coffee and the area not well maintained. We were so disappointed that we just forfeited our second night and left.

It was very bad, rooms were not clean. Dirt and debris along baseboards and under and behind everything. Sheets and towels were stained. The elevator was broken and I was on 3rd floor. The next night I moved to a room on the 1st floor. The privacy curtain had holes in it. No plug for the tub. The TV kept going off and on. There was no security latch on the door. The breakfast biscuit tasted old and gravy was not good. I never saw housekeeping cleaning rooms. I guess with elevator not working they were just skipping deep cleaning. I have never wrote a bad review.

AC and TV did not work. No ice on second floor. Free breakfast ends at 9:00 AM.

The property was dirty. The room was dirty and smelled. Everything was outdated in the room. Several lamps had no light bulb. The electric outlets on the lamps were not working. The toilet paper holder was broken and just barely hanging on the wall. Linen and pillows were old and not fresh. Pillows were small, flat, and lumpy. Mattresses were old and hard. Based on all this I avoided and skipped breakfast.

Great stay for the price. Great breakfast, clean and quiet. Definitely family friendly as well. Will be staying in the future when needed for sure.
