Great stay

Clean rooms, excellent service with polite and accommodating staff! Definitely would stay here at this location again.

I reserved a 2 bed, non smoking room but they said they ran out and had to take a smoking room with 1 bed.

I pulled up to what I seen vs what I got. The first room we had smelled of smoke with dirty sheets on the bed. The towels were dirty as well. They moved us to another room and it smelled better looked better didn’t have a fridge or a microwave tho they said due to remodel. The air conditioning ran ice cold.

I had the worst experience this weekend at this location. The rooms smelt awful, the mattresses looked like someone died on them, sheets and towels were all stand. When I went to the front desk to ask for more sheets the associate told me all the sheets are stained I’ll have to get new sheets! I had my own towels thank god but those were for when we swam but couldn’t do that because the pool looked like a pond out in someone’s pasture. I honestly looked for another hotel but being as there was a state baseball tournament going on everything in a 50 mile radius was booked. We left a day early I asked if I could get some of my money back and the front desk said I would have to speak to her manager which we never saw or heard from all weekend after many promises that they would be showing up. I have pictures to back all of this up, I really feel like I should receive a full refund, this establishment was the worst I have ever stayed in.

Green closed pool, loud AC, helpful staff, foundation cracks, oil stains, cracked concrete, over grown grass, room smelled like bug spray and pine sol. The deposit wasn't returned because I used a credit card it would take 10-15 days to come back, stray cats are cute and friendly parking lot didn't feel safe as other guest were hanging outside, the bed was soft, the water was hot and water pressure was great.

The hotel was an ok stay but it needs some remodeling.

I like that there was no carpet but I didn't like how small the restroom was and that the sink was on the outside of the restroom.

The floor of room was wet when we arrived because of humitt and AC was not on. I walked around in my socks and they were brown with dirt within minutes of arrival. The beds had plastic over mattress so when you laid on it it made noise and crinkled all night and was very hot. The towels were old and falling apart. I had to give a deposit so if I torn up anything they would charge me. The TV didn’t work and I had to get my key reset every time I left and came back. The handle on the water to shower was so wobbly you couldn’t get the temp right. It was cheap hotel and I didn’t even get my money’s worth. Also pool was green and slimy. Beware don’t stay here. Sleep in uour car

No microwave the TV was working and I did not receive the discount price from hotels.com I had to pay 83.00 instead the discounted price of 54.00 I had it scheduled pay on site and motel 6 was trying to pull money out of my card earlier that day . The check in was at 4 I arrived there at 2:30

The bathroom was not for accessible and I ask for a accessible room.

No remote for the TV The AC unit smelled of stale Cigarette’s Only 2 Bath towels & they were very small Bed pillows were so worn out they were the size of a couch pillow

Ac was making a loud growling noise. We didn't check in until 1145 pm and left at 5 am. I spilt water and got a towel to clean it up before leaving. The towel was so dirty. I got home and washed everything! Sad you have to stay in places like this if you travel with an animal. But it served its purpose I guess. Only thing that was 5 star was the lady up front.

Horrible!! Ac, tv, hot water was all out of order.

They had no hot water throughout the building so we had to cancel our stay ! Front desk lady was sweet but not at fault for what was going on !! Maybe next time all will be better!!

N/A TV did not work. Even after reporting, it was never fixed. Some of towels were a bit ragged. There was only one tiny bar of soap in bathroom.
