For handicapped people, there weren't any luggage carts at all. The lady checking us in said there weren't any carts.

The fridge outer door rambled and mad an annoying noise so I had to leave open while I slept. Very irritating The shower head was horrible. Many of the spouts were not working and the ones that were working were so hard and forceful that it made it comfortable. I came in at 10 pm and the front doors would not open. The front staff Judy looked at me in a stupor and didn’t help. I ended up walking around to the bs k yo get in? Overall ok experience for the punt if lovey that I’m paying. So disappointed.

I liked everything about the room: spacious with all of the necessities, coffee, microwave, comfortable bed. The bathroom also supplied all of the necessities. Friendly staff checked in made sure everything was up to my standards ? thank you! There was nothing I didn't like. All good.

Restaurant in the hotel was great clean rooms spacious bathrooms however the bed was very uncomfortable

Clean and a very nice restaurant are pluses. The negatives are the noise from the air force base is overwhelming and there is only a small lamp on one side of a king size bed. Bring eye masks because the outside light is bright.
