I got it just to sleep in the night. Everything look old and dirty. Never comeback.

House keeping was horrible

The rooms are maintained so well and clean. Highly recommended. Nothing noted as such.

The room was very dirty, it was not cleaned properly. There were spider webs in all corners of room. The ac machine was not working properly.

Location is good Dirty, lots of things need maintenance ceiling stains, wall switches loose, broken old furniture. Biggest problem is no elevator. Had to lug my luggage up a flight of stairs.

price and location are the main bonuses. thats about it thought place was under renovation when arrived. Furniture had stains/marks from where something splashed on it. Just was run down. I am 6'1" the shower head came to my chest.

False advertisement on the amenities it provides. It states on the website that the pool and fitness facility are open. Once I arrived and checked. They had a closure sign saying due to covid 19 it is unavailable. My whole decision on booking with Inn Of Lompoc was because the website States the amenities pool and fitness facility are open. If the website would of stated it was unavailable for whatever reason i would of booked another location then this one. Toilet was dripping water. Sheets smelled and looked dirty. It was unacceptable on your lies on the website. Looking into the (BBB) Better business bureau and finding out what I can do to correct this issue... I would not recommend this property to stay at for my coworker for the following 2 months. You guys need to update your website as soon as possible.

Good location, older building, door to room had daylight coming through on sides and bottom, bathroom is what one would expect for the price, over all a decent stay for the price.

Very clean and comfortable room

It was on a food location and prices were great! It seemed a little outdated and there was a small hole in the front door.

Nothing special but good price and somewhat clean

Room was large The front desk lady needs to be fired.no customer service at all when I asked questions she belittle me like I was a piece shit and beneath her like she was all that I will never never stay at that hotel again she purposely put me in a room with no heater when I asked about why the tv didn't work she said I was the problem when I told her you expect the tv to work when you pay for a room she just smiled like that's what you get for bugging me.

The staff was not very helpful I needed to get into a room asap and wanted to pay extra for an early check in but it was not an option I guess that's not very hospitable for those who need a place before 3pm and wanted to take a shower for work but I was unable to bc check in is strictly at 3pm. Not a minute sooner

The staff was friendly, very welcoming. I appreciated the fact that it wasn’t a big deal that I arrived late. The cleanliness of the room could’ve been a little better. There were crumbs and corners of the nightstand holes in the bathtub and when I first walked in the bathroom, there was a roach on the floor however, I didn’t see any more after that, but it was a bit uncomfortable.

I thought the rooms were properly maintained but I didn't like that there was no pool the heated pool and the inside would have been nice because I thought that it was open but it's not open pretty much ever since covid so the amenities I don't think get a five star

Bed fairly comfortable. AC works well. Needs a big update. Chairs stained and ripped.

It was an ok stay, the things in the room are outdated and the pool is out of service.
