Cord used to raise and lower blind was broken at the top right . Had to lower blind manually to block light . We were on the first floor also, we had a room on the first floor with walk in shower. This was great because I am recovering from kneecap surgery on my left knee . There was no slip resistant pad that I could see and almost fell when I got into the shower. I mentioned both to the nice young lady that checked us out this morning .Hopefully management will address the problems.

Loved the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that there was a tiny sink and an area for food if needed. The staff was very helpful too. The cable/tv provided was great. I didn’t use them but I liked that there was coffee in the room and a pool onsite. My room was very clean but the stairwell needed some attention. Also the side entrances were not card key secure which did not make me feel safe. Also the sheets had a hole in them. The pillows were also not standard size but still comfy.

We first was put in a room that smelled very bad like cigarettes. She moved us to a room that had a leaking air conditioner with a bucket under it. It sounded like water running all night. Emptied it twice. Carpet under it was wet.

Clean quiet &comfortable

The smell of the entire place was dissatisfying which then put a bad vibe for my family, causing them to point everything out that was off.. the hall carpet was very dirty. Place is under some construction but the side doors of the building had no locks allowing anyone to enter. along with a bunch of ants crawling inside the building.. extension cords ran across the floor at 9pm with no workers around. Back parking was all that was left for us. Kids pointed out all the shopping carts with garbage in them. As for the room it was clearly just remodeled. 1 piece of tile was laying off the wall. All bathroom light switches were installed upside down. With my wife and kids on high alert they pointed out the stains on the sheets along with some long hairs!! Thank fully no bugs were spotted in our room or we might have been leaving! Breakfast was good.

Security doors not operable, seems to be under renovation.

The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was clean, there was lots of linen. Had a nice continental breakfast bar. The pool area was clean, great indoor pool area. Nothing really.

Pretty good for the price

Superb

Place was terribly dirty. Pool was out of service and the entire place had a musty smell. Thought about leaving and finding another place but after 18 hours of driving I just decided to deal with it.

Great room - very large with a fantastically comfortable bed. Good choice of breakfast, the waffles were amazing and my grandson loved the biscuits & gravy Was all good, nothing to complain about other than not having the sofa bed made up for our very young granddaughter on our late evening arrival, despite the hotel knowing who was staying in the room. We had to ask for bedding for her too as there was none provided. We also requested a cot on booking but there were none available. We had been travelling for 17 hours so it would’ve been nice to have everything we requested! Great value for money though
