When we arrived we learned the pool was closed and had been for a few weeks. We specifically booked this hotel for the use of the indoor pool at night with two kids, they were really excited. If we would have known before arrival, we would have booked somewhere else. The staff were really friendly and kind.

Bathrooms need updating. There was mold around the tub. Little difficult to get in and out of properly.

Front desk girl was very friendly and helpful on guiding us to your hometown restaurant.

The room wasn’t clean. We had to switch. Things were broken. It was just GROSS.

They need to get the elevator serviced/updated. Would not work for hours. The swimming pool was closed the entire time. They need to upgrade their breakfast menu.

Had lots of hangers. Loved that under beds was blocked so we couldn't lose anything there.

They do not freshen up your room daily. Only every three days. They do not check your towel supply daily.

First thing, I got room # mixed up, mine was 209, I turned around and opened room 206, people were pissed and I don't blame them. But my 209 fob opened room 206. Enough said.

Clean rooms,staff,breakfast and parking

I made my reservation online, there wasn’t a place to select bringing dog, I called the hotel to give them a heads up, on bringing our dog. Upon arrival, the clerk stated she had corrected the reservation & added my dog fee on to the bill.(we knew there was a fee for dog) They put us in a room on 1st floor & close to the door where we can take the dog outside. The room was very clean, had towels for 2 & plenty of areas to charge devices. They had a chair & a desk chair in the room. Staff were so nice & easy to talk to. They welcomed my husband, myself & our dog. HIGHLY RECOMMED!!!!
