My real only complaint is the beds were very uncomfortable. Maybe it was just our room, as we have stayed there a few other times. I think a new mattress or topper would be a great idea

When we arrived we learned the pool was closed and had been for a few weeks. We specifically booked this hotel for the use of the indoor pool at night with two kids, they were really excited. If we would have known before arrival, we would have booked somewhere else. The staff were really friendly and kind.

Front desk lady was nice and helpful the best she could. She apologized for our inconveniences and said if we had booked direct she could have offered us a discount. The room we booked was not available once we arrived, so they put us in the only room available for the night( smaller room). The floors were not swept and I had to get broom from the front desk. There was candy wrappers in the trash. When we woke up everything in the room felt damp and smelled.
