Staff was most helpful when I needed to adjust the HVAC system in my room. I really liked that the Inn was close to the St. Vrain Greenway, a foot and bike trail. I was able to have a morning walk without getting into my car.

One of the best stays I’ve had. This is hotel is in a great location with a creek and walking trails right behind it. The walking trails lead to a shopping center allowing me to avoid having to cross busy streets of traffic. Great view of the Rocky Mountains also. The staff I encountered were the kindest and most accommodating I’ve had the pleasure of interacting act with in any of the hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was clean, comfortable and just about perfect.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean and everything was comfortable and perfect for a stay. Breakfast was a little bland and limited compared to other Hilton properties I have stayed at. It was not bad but could be improved.

Front desk person was new and alone. Couldn’t do the job and check us in. Had to go through hotels.com to get the room. Then 1 of the 2 rooms was still in use when we went to the room had to be moved. The other aas clean but still had other items such as used lint rollers. Got offered 2 breakfast vouchers for the 7 of us as a sorry. Then they double charged us so I had to go back for a refund. All around not great experience. Bed comfortable. Pillows suck. Shower curtain too short kept blowing out.

The front desk staff were the most helpful and friendly I can remember in any hotel ever! The view of the river walk was lovely and it a cute hidden gem for a chain hotel! I highly recommend!

The bathroom door has no lock which is fine but when you close it, the door leaves a big enough gap that anyone can see through. The gap faces the main hotel door so when traveling with a family and kids going in and out….. it’s not ideal.
