Staff was doing what they could with what they had as far as the amenities. The atmosphere was that of a truck stop/apartment complex is it appeared many people use this hotel as their residence. Right when you walked into the room or you could smell, was old cigarette smoke soaked into the walls and ceiling. The carpet didn’t look like it had been clean since it was installed 10 years ago. If you put your white socks on that were brand new out of the package and walked across the room you needed to change them again by the time you got to the other end of the room!! Another huge bummer was our party wanted to use the hot tub(which was advertised as part of the benefits of renting from this hotel chain ) as we are all blue-collar workers and it was “unusable“ due to it not working in the parts for that were sitting on a pallet in the front door mezzanine. The continental breakfast was very good. Definitely wasn’t a deal for the price!! Hotel.com needs to reevaluate who they put on their list….

It was a good price and convenient to where we needed to be. Spacious room, comfortable. The only reason I didnt give excellent is because there was a long black hair in the sink and also one in the bed, and that is never a good look. There was also a red stain on the carpet that could have been paint or blood. A little disconcerting.

The breakfast was amazing with some of the best options we have seen. The staff was friendly and the room was very nice. It felt safe and comfortable.

Everything was good, the staff, the hotel. Very helpful and attentive staff. I use the laundry room and was excellent works just fine. I really recommend this hotel 100%

Very clean and spacious room. They didn’t have a business center but I was able to email staff to print out some paperwork for me.
