When we checked out, Devon would not give us a pen to use to sign an anniversary card, he said the printer was not working to provide a receipt, and then bombed my emails to send 27 copies of the receipt. Besides all of this, the TV reception was horrible because of the internet connection, the fitted sheets were the wrong size, and we had to beg for more than two bath towels which Devon told us was the maximum allowed. When we walked out for the last time, Devon spelled his name slowly twice and said,”Sue me”. I am 77 years old and have never been treated so rudely by any motel, anywhere. Hampton Inn should be ashamed to have a facility like this among their motels.

Nothing The loud traffic, the smell of dog, the broken and dirty room!

The room was clean and had working air conditioning:) The elevator was slow but functional. The hot tub jets did not work very well, but I still made the best of it. The continental breakfast was great :) The staff on the day I checked in were great! I spoke to a wonderful gal named Angela and her young son who she had with her. Overall, not a bad place to stay for a weekend getaway.

The pool seemed dirty and it all seemed outdated for a Hampton inn. Staff was great.

Same staff we’ve had before and they are very cordial. Always accommodating for us. Breakfast is great and continuously stocked even with big crowds. Room was very clean. Hallways were clean and quiet. Secure door latch was hanging by the screws and was useless for its intended purpose. Simple maintenance repair. It was baseball tournament weekend so we felt pool was occupied by players and not usable by others. Not that they were bad. It made it impossible to get in the pool with an entire team in it and the hot tub. Maybe designate the last hour for adults only.

No towels in the room. The TV was sketchy and most channels didn't work. Took 2 hours to contact the front desk (line busy). Front desk was not helpful at all.

I like oranges rather than bananas for the vitamin c and fiber but they had none. The buffet was good. I like some onions garlic bell pepper with my eggs but none was offered. All the request are inexpensive and healthy for you. The cookies in the evening are amazing. It s NA

Staff? Courteous and helpful all the way. Breakfast? PHENOMENAL!! Quite the spread, waffles, eggs, coffee, juice, yogurt, and more. Loved it! Pool/Hot tub? Perfect after a hard days adventure. Felt really good to get a nice swim in. Then a dip into the tub. Overall for my wife and I? 5/5 easily. Thank you.
