Staff? Courteous and helpful all the way. Breakfast? PHENOMENAL!! Quite the spread, waffles, eggs, coffee, juice, yogurt, and more. Loved it! Pool/Hot tub? Perfect after a hard days adventure. Felt really good to get a nice swim in. Then a dip into the tub. Overall for my wife and I? 5/5 easily. Thank you.

I complained on the room that it was not cleaned and there was dipers in it . so managed changed my room. Later my friends came and ask for a room then manager just went to the room and throwed up that dipers and allocated the same room without any extra cleaning.

We appreciate the clean, quiet rooms and the amenities like cold lemon water in the lobby, the wonderful breakfast, and the clean pool.

Continental breakfast was great given that the choices were limited compared to more expensive hotels. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The stairwell smelled like homeless people were sleeping there, the chlorine in the pool was stronger than I have experienced and the water was brown, the hot tub was similar and the jets didn’t work.

When I went to front desk, they kid behind the desk was rude on condescending. Telling me I am the first guest to ever complain. Doubt that!

Staff was very pleasant and helpful when you needed anything. However, a couple of dings on the fact that they offer your certain amenities free if you forget something, but didn't have those amenities to give you. Could not access door closest to our room because it didn't work, so we had to go around. Their breakfast they offered was very good. Also, ice machine was not working. They just need to work on their maintenance.
