I got a smoking fee and we don't even smoke. We chose this hotel for the no smoking rooms. It could've been the scentys we had. I'm waiting to hear back from you guys. It's been 6 days.

Management kept same serving equipment for eggs and pork meats. I wish the keep the eggs separate from meat, so people could enjoy the breakfast more. I know the hotel is pet friendly but at the dining area it was uncomfortable.

Low flow toilets don't work well

Everything was perfect! The cleanliness was great! The breakfast was huge!! Giant selection! The room itself was HUGE!! Fantastic room for a great price!! 100% would recommend and we will return!

When they cleaned the room halfway through my stay, they only took the trash out and fixed the bed. Everything else remained the same.

Breakfast food was awful. Pre-fab and packaged. Not hot. Waffle pan was burned and unusable. Coffee was weak. I travel for family business and don’t spend much time in rooms so I only take advantage of the coffee and food offerings. Strong coffee and better food is needed.

We stayed for 4 nights with 2 children age 8 and 6. Pool was excellent for swimming. Morning breakfast was delicious and great variety. Would stay again. Bed comfortable.

We were here 4 nights and we were really happy with the stay. Morning breakfast was substantial, pool was great, room was comfortable with temperature controls and blackout curtains for those early sunrises! Parking is the only negative however we never had an issue if we had to park on the street. We would definitely stay again.

Staff writer wasn’t very friendly and helpful, made my family feel uncomfortable

Staff was top notch in courtesy and hospitality.

Wish there would’ve been hair conditioner as one of the amenities. An early check-in would’ve been nice but they were still cleaning rooms when I arrived. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful

From the staff to the facilities this hotel is excellent and I would highly recommend it.

No matter the time going there was never enough breakfast ready for everyone. Then having to wait 10-20 mins for another round was absurd. The case where food is kept is not heated. Pool apparently was under maintenance the entire time although upon check it we were told it would be open the next day. The entire reason we picked to stay here for a week was hot breakfast and the pool. I will say the outside lounge area is quite nice and it is close to pretty much everything. 3/5 from us and we probably won’t stay again.

A quite pleasant room with a full kitchenette. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

We loved the storage space at Home2Suites. Staff were exceptional. The only suggestion is we needed better water pressure.

Hotel was clean and good location. Rooms were spacious. Bed was lumpy and could use firmer pillows. Sofa-bed was dirty. Pool was excellent. Breakfast was good. Front desk was well versed in hospitality. Parking fee with limited parking spots. Not reflected on hotels.com or the hotels app.
