The hotel is not children friendly. Received the most ridiculous call from the front desk saying if we don’t quiet our infant down and get one more complaint they would call the police and kick us out. We received zero calls prior stating we were being too loud. Overall the hotel itself was decent with spacious rooms and nice kitchenettes, but if you want to feel welcome with kids stay away.

Great staff. Clean room. Very nice

I checked out earlier than expected due to family illness. The General Manager would not refund me for checking out three days early.I have been coming to this hotel for many years,I will never stay here again. The staff is respectful, management is terrible. I was very taken back being treated in this matter, even after explaining why I had to check out early.

I’ve stayed here before and would definitely stay again. Big rooms (I’m from the UK 😆) but good bed and bathroom and I love the mini kitchen which has enough for a decent stay, and I’m certain good for families. Good facilities nearby, shops for food and beer! And as this is on a retail part lots of different options for meals out. The staff were friendly and helpful and parking up is so easy.

Sometimes at night the outside trash receptacles would be overflowing. The other thing that was a bit concerning was some homeless young men hanging out in front of the hotel, this only happened one evening and was not the norm.

Good location. Clean and spacious room. Excellent dining options by foot,

Hotel.com website said breakfast was included at this hotel. This hotel doesn’t serve any breakfast! The “coffee” for drip maker in room was like brown water, no coffee detected!Stay away!

We didn’t stay in our room much, but it was clean and comfortable. The beds were a good hardness level, getting extra towels was easy, and it was nice having a full sized fridge with freezer. My only complaint was that the AC didn’t seem to keep the room as cool as I would have liked, but I like a frigid room to sleep in, lol. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was clean easy parking a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Only complaint is the shower/tub was very slippery.

Location was good and amenities nearby were helpful. Staff was ok. Full size fridge was helpful I was unaware when I booked that this was a long term style property. A lot of tradespeople staying long term and it also appeared that a local organization helped house people affected by hardships. Traveling with my young daughter and mother we didn’t feel unsafe but also didn’t feel safe at the same time. Made sure we were always together. If I had a male with it may have felt differently.

Everything was great. Second time staying here.

Location is perfect for accessing highways and there are restaurants across parking lot. A list of nearby restaurants was provided that offered discounts for guests. Room ventilation poor and smelled. Being on first floor couldn't open window very far (totally expected). Room condition was fair - past time of refresh. Window shades were frayed and being held together with paper clips, window shade pulls/tracks were frozen/rusted - required considerable effort to move, lamp shade was cracked, shattered in places, and peeling, trim/doors a bit battered, paint flaking, dated fixtures, loud bath fan, plumbing fixtures flopped around.

No breakfast. Ice machine is on the 1st floor close to front desk.

Overall the property was in decent shape. There was a lot of trash in the hallway outside of people’s room. There were not a lot of trash cans to take larger trash items too. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests in a very timely and professional manner! Rooms were large with plenty of space. Our room had a slight odor but likely from being hot and stale air. I appreciate the full sized refrigerator and full kitchenette. Overall this was what we needed for a long weekend of softball tournaments and traveling with a lot of personal items.

Great place for an extended stay.

Good value

The spacious rooms and including small kitchens is definitely a benefit of staying here. Its location right on the restaurant park gives a big selection of places to eat although a few of them are a bit chain type formula so not very unique and not the best quality. Still very handy on the hotel doorstep though.
