It was clean and comfortable.

The bed was comfortable. The fan to ac would go off and on. So it would drown out other noise then it would not. It would be better to be consistently on.

The breakfast and how clean the room and hotel was A staff member cant rember her name kept hinting that I was always high even tho I dont smoke and making comments about me having the munchies and got aggravated. That I didnt want to buy a 5 dollar small bag of chips and the beds in my room where uncomfortable

The price for a nice quality room with a hot/cold breakfast Two things: I don't like having my credit card temporarily billed twice, once for the room and once for incidentals, that stay in my pending bank area for days until one correct bill is processed. I also thought the hot/cold breakfast was good but not great.

Good stay with nice breakfast for a family stay

Room was clean, breakfast was hot. Room had coffee but no tea.

Bed sheets did not fit properly. The bathroom door would not stay open without placing an object in front of it.

Have been in a lot of breakfast buffet very more choices and this was one of the poorest Very poor choices and what was there was cold

Staff was very helpful when my reservation did not pop up. They did everything they could and were extremely gracious and apologetic for the inconvenience. Snack bar near check in: a candy bar was over $4.50. A small candy bar that would cost under a $1.00 at a grocery store! Come on.. why such rip off prices for a little convenience. Corporation profit not enough?

The included breakfast is always nice. The neighborhood felt safe. There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. We would stay again. No issues.

Terrible experience due to a double charge and poor management by the hotel administration. Although the reservation for my stay from August 9 to August 15, 2026, at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Boulder Longmont was fully paid in advance (US$752.10) through Booking.com, the hotel made an unauthorized direct charge of US$755.35 to my credit card on August 14. Hotel management justified the issue by claiming that the reservation entered their system as a regular booking rather than through Booking.com, using my card as the sole form of payment. Customer service was unacceptable: the general manager ignored my initial emails, only responded after Marriott Corporate Customer Care intervened, and subsequently cut off communication again without processing the refund. Faced with a lack of answers and solutions after several days of trying, I was forced to initiate a formal chargeback dispute with my issuing bank. I do not recommend this property due to its severe system integration failures and non-existent problem-resolution service

Nice one night stay. Clean and comfortable. nothing

After driving all day, we got in about 8:30. All we wanted was to get something to eat and go to bed. They wanted to charge me $4.95 for Wi-Fi. I had to leave the room to search for restaurants. When I reserved the room it said they had WiFi. It should have said available for an extra charge. I’ve never been asked to pay for WiFi anywhere I’ve stayed. Breakfast was just ok. I will be looking for a different chain next time I need a room.
