There is a 24hr gym and laundry room avaialbale.

Everything was wonderful until I took a shower the morning of my departure... the temperature control on the shower was non-existent. It was extremely cold or extremely hot, no in-between. Please fix this!

We went there for my son‘s birthday and when we went to the pool, the swimming pool had some unsafe tile missing from the first step to where now my son is missing a chunk of skin from his big toe on his foot where he was bleeding a lot. The manager was able to give us a $75 credit and that’s what she did for us when this happened I have pictures of my own in case they weren’t gonna fix the damage or I don’t know, but it was an unpleasant trip.

Very basic breakfast. Stained carpet. No phone in the room- so no way to contact front desk. Good location.

Our room was comfortable and clean. We liked the easy access to so many restaurant choices.

It's all in how your recover...I was was traveling with my 83 step mom. We checked in only to find that our room key didn't work when we got to our room. I left her at the room to get new keys. When I returned, I found that she had fallen but was being attended to by a neighboring guest and the hotel engineer. They were so attentive and caring towards her. Unfortunately the 2nd set of keys didn't work, so the problem was with the door lock itself. The front desk agent came up right away with keys to new a room and the staff helped us change rooms. While the room key situation could have set a negative tone to our stay, the action and sincere care they took, guaranteed that we will stay again. Nicely Done!!!

Everything was great except the maids only came to our room one time. That was disappointing we were there for 8 days. And there were a few days when the breakfast fridge wasn’t stocked and the coffee bar was out of some items. But not a big deal.

Good hotel, front desk staff was very helpful, room was clean & beds were comfy. Really dislike the 4 small pillows on a bed. Pool area had so much chemical that the air made my eyes burn, only stayed for about 15 minutes.
