My stay was average, but there were a few issues that affected my experience. The shower curtain in my room had black mold, and there was a stain on one of the bedsheets. Additionally, the room only had one remote control for both TVs, which was inconvenient. Lastly, the room had an unpleasant odor.

We got there late and basically slept. One bed had stained sheets but the other was clean.

The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked and the bathroom door had a huge crack in it.

Quiet, clean, free laundry for guests. Pizza on Thursday! No.

Didn’t serve breakfast but had coffee and muffins. Both were good Regular coffee packets for rooms were out of stock but coffee was available at main entrance.

When advertising for this hotel it needs to be made clear that it is an extended stay property and that means no amenities!! Not even a hair dryer!

Kitchenette utensils stocked, room clean, staff friendly and helpful, quiet, laundry and gym easily accessible.

Everything was great. A wasp found its way into our room. We called the front desk and they came right away to remove it.

The location was great close to a lot of stores , mall etc It was older, had a weird smell

The floors/ carpet in the room was not vacuumed or swept with food debris all over floor, from previous people who stayed in that room last.

I don't think that there was a breakfast, nice big spacious room with a kitchen to prepare your own food. Parking was easy and an easy walk to Applebee, that suited me for the evening. Nothing

Room was nice I was charged twice for staying one night. Still haven't been refunded or been informed I will even get a refund.
