The room and the staff was great!

Ratings for this hotel are misleading. This is clearly an older hotel taken over by Wyndham. Smells older and furniture in the lobby and room was stained; refused to sit on the couches. The toilet “moaned” for 45 seconds after flushing, as did at least one other in a nearly room. Waited too long to be greeted by front desk staff when I checked in and no one answered the phone when I called for more towels at 7 PM!! Sure, the price was nice, but that was also deceiving because we had to pay a $50 deposit (albeit refundable) that was not mentioned anywhere in the booking details. The rating was 8.3— not at all. This was a 5.0 stay at best. The breakfast was decent, no complaints there.

The room was clean the property is older but updated somewhat but we had no soap or shampoo in the shower dispensers which was a disappointment when you are already in the shower. Breakfast was good enough.

Very nice location. Room was clean and cool upon arrival. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to any necessities you might need!

Room 212 had noise from the plumbing constantly day and night

Room was clean and the stay was good. had a problem with the TV and they moved us to a different room with no problems.

The only complaint is Monday breakfast had cold coffee and Tuesday the pancake batter very low and slowly came out.

It was clean and conveniently located to our destination. The staff was very helpful There was a lot of outside noise that we could hear inside our room. The showerhead was loose so did not work properly.

The room was spacious and clean. It allowed us to relax and to plan our trip in greater detail. We found everything to be exactly as advertised. We will recommend this facility to our friends and family. The towel bar needs to be relocated from above the toilet to next to the shower area. The tile in the bathroom, when wet or moist, is very slippery and dangerous. This could lead to a fall, causing a major injury or death. I encourage you to replace it quickly to limit your exposure to a lawsuit.

Elevator was out...ice machine broken..refrigerator was not working...these people were right on it!! It had just happened and in no time all was fixed! Fresh coffee at every shift! Staff really cares about your comfort. The breakfast was lame but most of them are.

Location to where we needed to be I called several times to get special restrictions or accommodations to get the first floor because of having two women that had major issues with their backs one of them which was 70 and then just gotten out of the hospital from pneumonia and that was another reason why I had asked for the room on the first floor and when we got there, there was no room on the first floor there was only room on the second floor. The elevator did not work and it like 3 o’clock in the morning we had to carry Bags up the stairs with two handicap people having to carry bags and there was a manager on duty that helped us and she was great. I felt sorry for her that the elevator did not work. It did not work the next morning so we had to carry stuff down and that’s hard to be doing that at 70 and handicap

Comfortable bed, courteous, helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Added omelets since we were there a year ago.

Location The mattresses are TERRIBLE! And the AC did not work well. The room felt humid.

Other than that, it was a pretty pleasant stay

The breakfast was excellent.
