Very good

Confy beds, great night clerk. Nice biscuits and gravy. No cups or tiny waters in the room. Bathroom fan was weak so it was steamy after a shower. Hard to close the curtains to block out parking lot lights

Jenny at the front desk was very helpful. I had called and requested a 1st floor room but that was not showing to be available. She worked some magic to make that request happen.

The "New and improived" toilet did not function as it should have. You had to leave the tank lid off and manually hit the plunger for the toilet to flush. Also no ice or ice bucket in the room. I had to go to the main desk and ask. I was told there were microwaves in some rooms but not all and coffee makers in some rooms but not all. My room had neither. The "modern" chair, which more resembled a talll ottoman than a chair, was totally worthless to someone with a bad back. The only use I had for it was to prop open the door to the bathroom so I didn't walk into something in the dark. Overall, I would not stay here again until the rooms are all furnished the same and not have to rely on the luck of the draw to get coffee or a microwave.

Rooms were clean, equipment all worked, people had kids running up and down hall and just completely destroy the breakfast area, and just hoarding food. Management just watched, know it was interfering with other guest.

Very nice hotel at a great price, bed was confortable and clean room. Cute patio area. Only cons would be no microwave in room and not much options for breakfast, but would still come back.
