Spark by Hilton Longview

Enjoyed my stay! Staff was professional and very helpful. If I had to change anything it would be add a microwave to the rooms and spruce up the breakfast.

When you walk in the hotel, it had a nasty smell. Our hotel room was big and loved how it was cold once we walked in. but the hotel does need to fix that odor they have going on.

Easy check in/ staff cordial and extremely helpful. I enjoyed getting a text from the manager saying let me know if you need anything. I had a question and it answered right back! Room cool and clean. We slept so good!

After my fourth call, I finally packed my belongings because I couldn’t take it anymore. The front desk offered to move me to another room, but when I got off the elevator on the third floor, I was immediately hit with a strong smell of marijuana, loud music, and an overall uncomfortable atmosphere. It felt more like an extended-stay property with people hanging around than a hotel where guests could expect a quiet night’s sleep. The most frustrating part was the lack of concern from the front desk. Rather than trying to resolve the situation, I was simply handed the manager’s business card and told I’d need to contact Expedia about a refund. The clerk’s attitude came across as dismissive and uninterested in helping. I left the hotel without staying the night because I did not feel comfortable or believe I would be able to get any sleep. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and professionally managed hotel.

the ac works great but i can never get the tv remotes to work consistently. room was very clean and well air conditioned.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Air conditioner was super cool, toilet flush was beast mode. Bed was very firm, and pillows were very squishy. Not many channels on the tv, and wifi is a bit hit or miss. Walls are kinda thin, so we could hear people talking and tvs in adjacent rooms, but that didnt bother us, really. Recommend and would stay here again!

As soon as we walked into the room the air conditioner was blowing a mildew smell also smelled like wet dog in the room rancid odor on the bed covers pillows smelled like throw up we asked the front desk for new ones they brought it but I did not feel like I was laying in a clean smelling good bed I felt disgusted and we left early I just couldn’t stand the smell I will never come back here

Hello, our stay at Spark Hilton was subpar to any Hilton or budget hotel I've stayed in. When we first checked-in, the room we were given had a pungent smell of cigarettes. The staff obligingly gave us another room; however, this one had significant cleanliness issues - there was a soiled rag in the closet, hair in the bed, used soap in the bathroom, and stains on the bed and pillow sheets. The third and final room was satisfactory except for the mold & grime was present on the AC unit. Every room we were in were also very humid with cloying moisture in the air. We were incredibly displeased by our visit.

The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was clean. They had a great breakfast in the mornings as well. The pool was clean and accessible and so was the weight room. A nice perk is that they had a washer and dryer on our floor to use for free.

The front desk staff at Spark by Hilton were absolutely outstanding. From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Their exceptional customer service truly made a great hotel experience even better.
