the bed was so comfortable and the room was a great size. the ac in the room blew super cold and everything was just exceptional. we will definitely be back if we are ever in Longview.

The location was great as far as what it was near food and gas wise. The staff was friendly. The room had a musty smell and the AC did not work well.

Really close to food spots and activities Not very clean. Stains in the comforter dirty shower area almost like mold.

I did not like this property The room I was assigned, the door was broken, so I was given another room. The elevator was broken the entire time I stayed at this property due. Also, the coffee machine was broken, so I had to go out and purchase coffee ! I would like a full refund

Yes, the elevator was broken, so had they not been able to move us to 1st, wed have been hauling stuff. The swimming pool is 70 degrees inside. Kids teeth were chattering it was so cold. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke.

They’re was a group of people that stayed in the room next to us came back around 3 in the morning shouting coming in and out. Yelling we called front desk from the room phone no one answered. We called front desk through my cell looked up their number online no one ever answered. I didn’t want to go outside and tell them to quiet down because they seemed drunk loud and fighting. They eventually stopped around 4:40 but I didn’t get much sleep after that. It was ridiculous that no one was at front desk and no one could help.
