The front doors to the hotel were not operational. You had to manually slide them open and closed. The pool had no towels in the cabinets. Had to go to front desk and ask for towels and half the time there was sign stating they were helping other guests and would be back soon. Toaster did not work at breakfast. Would not recommend this hotel as they are quickly going downhill. Have stayed at this hotel in the past and had good experiences but has changed for the worse.

The Comfort Suites in Longview was just a stopping point for the night as we traveled across Texas. It was a clean, comfortable motel which allowed us to have a restful night sleep before we continued our journey the next morning.

Room and property was nice enough & staff was very nice. The breakfast was ok - hot and tasted fine, but not enough options for those that don't eat a lot of carbs & sugar. Same exact items both days we were there.

The room we were in was dirty, the air conditioning sucked, when we went out for the day and came back HOUSEKEEPING HAD DONE NOTHING BUT BRING IN SOME TOWELS FOR THE BATHROOM WHICH WERE STAINED, they did not clean the bathroom at all, did not sweep/ vacuum didn’t clean the bed or even at least leave clean linen for the bed. It was horrible the front desk staff nice, but cleanliness was 0/10

The elevator was messing up I thought we was going to get stuck! Lol but over all great stay

Great location for what I needed. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Only thing I did not like was that at least 50% of my towels were stained so looked dirty. Also the dispensers in bathrooms were very hard to use for someone with weak hands.

Had a great stay! Front desk was super helpful, plus accommodating, and the room itself was very well kept! Great location just a few minutes from downtown!

The covers were stained not wash you can tell. Pool was down for maintenance. Place smell like smoke not tobacco. Spacious but covers needs to be clean better or buy new sheets or bleach.

Over night stay, clean hotel and room. The elevator was not working, but we were on the second floor. Breakfast nice. I would stay again.

Location. Very noisy. Sound traveled from the hall into the room — needed to sleep in but it was impossible after 8 am. Plus, the neighbor having several rounds of adult bed play — the audibles and bed hitting the wall definitely didn’t make this a peaceful stay.

The staff upon arrival went above and beyond to organize an alternate room as the one we were assigned had dirty sheets, while also dealing with an elevator issue. The doors seemed to not want to close on the second floor.
