The water pressure in the shower was terrible. They are charging me extra for a rag that was already tore when I got to hotel. The fire alarm went off at 1:45 on Thursday morning and they couldn't get it to shut off til after 3 in the morning.

The gym had limited equipment but was able to get a nice intermediate workout. Breakfast was good. The coffee was not good the color was brown. Need a real coffee maker.

We didnt stay because they didnt have a wheelchair accessible room. We had reserved that specific room. When questioned why the room wasn't available Taylor told us it was because we had reserved it through Expedia and they had "tried" to contact us. Because we had already checked in before going to the room Taylor told us he couldn't cancel because we already checked in. He said the manager would be back Mon and deal with the refund. We have not been able to get in contact with "the manager" for refund. We're told on the last call to the hotel that because we reserved through Expedua they would be responsible. Expedia took the information. Brian stated that Expedia would be contacting us by email. Nothing yet.

Nice staff. Rooms and everywhere was nice and clean, perfect location Decent hotel breakfast we enjoyed it The beds was a little stiff could have been softer

Too many new rules and policies that were not explained when reservations were being made.

This property is beautiful. Our room was beyond gorgeous. Breakfast was great. I called bc it was going to be midnight before we arrived—- desk guy called me by name at check in and assured me it was ok. Enjoyed the nice shower.

Breakfast was ok, and location was good. Everyone don't eat pork need to add turkey to breakfast, also roaches were in the bathroom at had to go with TV all night until the next staff came on that knew what he was doing, but there was another staff that was helpful but couldn't get to work.

That Is Was Conveniently Close To A lot Of Businesses & Food Options The Staff. The Bathroom In My Room Wasn’t Completely Clean. It Smelled & There Was A Wad Of Hair In The Shower. Everything Seemed Half Assed. And Inconveniently I Was Charged $12 For A “Damaged Towel”. And I Didn’t Even Use Towels Because Of The Condition Of The Bathroom

Breakfast was simple and filling. The room had extensive moisture damage on the walls and doors. Fixtures were starting to come out of the wall in the bathroom. Doors and handles were sticky. Bed was extra firm. Room was clean, bed was clean, hot water and clean towels.

At breakfast the eggs were a little watery but the sausage was very good. NO WIFI! Could not watch TV or sign into the WiFi

The location was great especially for visiting from out of town. Having my dogs with me I would have preferred a first floor room.

I enjoyed the pool but traffic in the location was incredibly stressful and there really wasn't much to do around the place.

The staff was great. The room was in total disrepair and the bed was hard as a rock. Also, little or no sound dampening. Huge gap under door to hallway. Wallpaper peeling. Lots of water damage.

General manager(Miranda)was rude an used racial slurs an basically said we black people are beneath her we were classified to her as “You People” all because we asked her to explain why we were charged $250 for damages basically dirty towels cause they had stains on them from cleaning a mess!!! Not even big stains they where lightly stain also canceled my $400 dollar payment for the 4 days we stayed there an tried to run the card again for $635.07 an I told her no she threating to call the police to say it was theft an come to find out it had already took 400 off!!! I wouldn’t recommend at all
