I have stayed at this location twice and both times the staff was very friendly and helpful! Gage in the restaurant and Danielle at the front desk were exceptionally great! The pre-paid breakfast is well worth the money and saves about half the cost of paying at the restaurant itself. The rooms are clean and hotel is updated and offers great amenities. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

We were welcomed by Chandler at the front desk. He was kind, polite and friendly! He went above and beyond to accommodate us with a room change and he was so knowledgeable about the property. We truly enjoyed the drinks with Ashton at the bar area. She helped our large group with dinner plans as she knew the area well! The pool was not open. We were sad but understand things happen. A family wedding brought us to Longview, and we were so happy we chose the Hilton Garden Inn! We will return if the chance arises!

Terrible hotel stay will never book again here wanted to charge us for everything even breakfast, when most high end hotels give breakfast free , no free wifi and the most annoying of all the pool could not be used !! That was the reason we booked there ! Could at least let people know the pool is out of service when booking on line !

Nothing call said internet was down and so was the pool charge for a stay after canceling staff unhelpful

Also the room across from us had a dog staying in it as well (which is fine) however when we went to our room for the first time the dog started barking and scratching on the door. Scared the mess out of my niece and I. From that point on the dog continued to bark for the next 3 hours. I did report this to the hotel and they did take care of this issue.

The place was a great experience. I called before hand and picked this place to book because of their pool and it was shut down the night we stayed. I was very disappointed. However, they did give us breakfast for our inconvenience.

Nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was not any thing special reminded me of the free breakfast at most hotels but was 12.99
