Had very poor water pressure. Hard to take a shower.

The beds are awful. Loud, creeky, mattresses that were so uncomfortable.

The pool was what the kids enjoyed the most! The pool needed some maintenance

Our room had a smell to it. There were a lot of stains in the hallway carpet. There was also a hair clip found under the bed.

The Hotel and the room smell well and is clean. excellent ammenities at the bathroom. good tv channels. I have onbl wo complaints: the $12 breakfast is not more than the other hotels offer included. the another complaint is the pool water temperature is not heated making dificult to relas unles you are a kid

I left some medication in the fridge in room, instead of turning it in housekeeping staff threw it away. Not reporting it.
