Homewood Suites by Hilton Longview

There was a lamp in the living room whose light bulb was dangling down the side of the lamp. The TV in the bedroom did not have a picture, other than a constant picture of HMDI 1

Check in staff were excellent. Didn’t realize the room wouldn’t be refreshed unless requested, but figured it out. Great location for the balloon festival. Comfortable room, loved the suite setup. Excellent breakfast and friendly/easy check out. Plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend to someone visiting Longview.

Check in was easy. The halls and rooms were quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There were roaches in the room.

Nothing The staff are unhelpful and it’s not in a good part of town someone popped my ignition off my bike

The beds were actually very clean and free of bed bugs and the staff was incredibly nice and breakfast was good The 2 bedroom suite was infested with roaches and all the plugs in every room was loose.it looked like they didn’t even try to mask the fast they had them cause there was roach droppings in almost every corner. The microwave was falling off the wall basically

Slept comfortably. Did the job.

Was clean and good location Front desk could be a little more helpful as far as directing us to where the room was located, it is a large hotel as well as informing us of breakfast and time it’s served.

Everything was great! Room was huge and the staff really nice. Even got a late check out that was no problem at all and was later than I feel hotels typically do.

Hotel is very run down. The smell throughout the building is very unpleasant.

This is the loudest hotel I've ever been in. Doors slamming, banging all day lo g, being woke up 7 in the morning by banging. When the front desk was askabout all the loud banging I was told we have to listen to it all day as well. Ummm, no!! The carpets was very stained with black sticky stuff, our feet stuck to the carpet. Definitely needs some deep cleaning of the carpet.

The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room. Staff was very nice and helpful. The fridge was very noisy and the icemaker didn't work. The microwave in the room was not working and was unplugged by us because the cord showed damage. The staff did let me use a microwave downstairs.

Bathroom was dirty, there was dried shampoo/conditioner on the walls. There were also multiple black oily carpet stains. In the bathroom the wallpaper was peeling back, it looked like black mold was behind the wallpaper.

The cleaning crew weren’t consistent. The coffee supplies were half restocked most days.

I reserved and paid through hotels.com, but the lady at the front desk still charged me for the room. I paid it, thinking maybe we only reserved the room when I put my card info through hotels.com, but once I got to the room I double checked and it was confirmed that I was charged from hotels.com and the hotel itself. So, now I am waiting for a return from what the hotel charged me separately.

Showers were cold
