Great place.

Breakfast options were good. They had waffles, eggs, seasoned potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, and pastries. We did have issues with getting our key card to work in our hotel room; staff did resolve the issue. I would have appreciated more coffee options, for a more high-end hotel.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room was great. Very clean. Carpet an and furniture were a little worn, but first floor so I expect it is been used a lot. Room was still exceptionally clean.

The property's exterior and interior has been very neglected. Landscaping in poor condition, all interior carpets inerd replacing. subpar bedding and towels - the bones are good - just not to a Hilton expectations - very disappointed.

Takes a loooong time to get hot water to come out of the faucets. The bed was like sleeping on concrete and the pillows had no padding. Will not stay here again.

The place was ok. Definitely needs an overhaul.

There was a lamp in the living room whose light bulb was dangling down the side of the lamp. The TV in the bedroom did not have a picture, other than a constant picture of HMDI 1

Check in staff were excellent. Didn’t realize the room wouldn’t be refreshed unless requested, but figured it out. Great location for the balloon festival. Comfortable room, loved the suite setup. Excellent breakfast and friendly/easy check out. Plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend to someone visiting Longview.
