Super 8 by Wyndham Longview/North

I didn’t like the fact that nobody cleaned my room. I was asked one time did I need house keeping. I passed someone in the hall that asked if I needed anything but never identified themselves as staff so I just said no. I liked that it had a microwave and mini fridge. The bed was okay but could have been much better. The door has an opening in it as if the door wasn’t all the way closed. They made me put up a pet deposit even though I had no pet with me. The price was reasonable but all the extra that I feel they are going to charge for will make up for that. My door keep had to keep being reconnected. Every-time I left my room I had to go to the office to get it fixed. It was a keep with the wi-fi password on it that I was afraid to use. It seemed suspicious to me. They never mentioned wi-fi or about the key until I told them about it. They said the maid left it there?? I will not recommend this place to anyone. I won’t use them again.

The city location The TV remote didn't work and I saw a bug in my room.

They didn't have any breakfast

Party 2 doors down smoking pot outside, I'm allergic. Staff didn't answer my call from the room phone.

The so called breakfast there were dollar store honey buns instant oatmeal and a pot of not hot coffee and juice horrible experience housekeeping did not even clean the tub there was hair when we got there which I took a picture of and the same hair was there when we checked out my husband and I are bald so that tells me nothing was done and they need to change their sheets on a regular basis not just Monday Wednesdays and Fridays which was not stated when I booked the room when you have to request for your sheets to be changed very bad experience will never go back again faded red spot on sheet just plain ass NASTY ?????? Everything could have been done a lot better than it was will never in life go back

The area and my room was really cute I will stay again Did have a problem

They are service dogs an do not have to pay at any hotel. Honestly it was a dump Im surprised I didn't bring home bed bugs. As far as I can tell

The location Was run down had bright red tape holding the sticky foot tile down and burn marks on the wall

shower did not drain, microwave was dirty

Practically nothing for breakfast, just few donuts. Wifi wasn’t working.
