Great breakfast

Very nice. Had a Studio-type of room with a bed and a sofa, which was a welcome plus. Also the TV was big. Well equipped kitchenette. Good bathroom. Nicely done. Not anything really.

The staff is horrible. I asked for a room for a child with a disability. I didn’t get a disability access room at all and the lady at the front was horrible. She told me the only way I could stay after I told her I had no other options was if I paid $280 for that night and then 200 for the day after it was a complete nightmare

I was moved from room 355 to 356 due to ac issues. AC in new room was perfect but when I wanted to cook on the stove both burners didn’t work. It was late and was already frustrated and wasn’t going to move another time when settled in. I checked out I told the receptionist about the issue.

Tucked into the back of a property that has nice pool and jacuzzi; a functional, well-supplied gym; a lovely, well-supplied spacious room & kitchen; and responsive staff No disabled parking spaces near the front door of the back building

My only feedback is more towels. For example, there were 3 guests in the room and there we only 2 large towels. Extra foot mats to keep the floors dry. A bigger hotel name signage, so it’s readable from far away. Guests can anticipate to slow down and turn right into the property, instead of making a quick right once the sign is seen.

We were left in a room without a working AC unit. The room was hot. Front desk said we couldn’t change rooms and couldn’t be compensated because it was booked through Expedia. They gave us a portable ac but it left the room humid.
