Couple bugs in the room but otherwise pretty clean and comforting

Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Ron made an instant good first impression. He was very helpful and friendly. We had an incident where we helped a man who had fallen and called 911 and the manager was kind enough to upgrade our room. I’m a Stanford patient and will likely be returning for many visits. I’ll be sure to recommend you to them and their patients. Thanks again and see you next time. Just hope the hot tub is working next time cuz that was one of the main reasons I booked your property!

I really enjoyed my time; the staff was phenomenal. We had a group of people from our School Reunion and had a great time!!!! Pool service, the lounge area, front desk. I will come back to visit soon.

The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Breakfast great in variety and quality; we lingered in conversation. The dining room and menu were unappealing for dinner.

The rooms were clean, the landscaping and parking were well maintained. Ron at the front desk was very helpful with my check in. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. My room did not have a microwave and the hot tub was broken.

The location, the price, the limited staff. Not enough staff especially the pool area there was only one staff member to take beverage orders etc the guy was doing an excellent job but it was very hot for one person to handle beverages, towels etc in that heat. No one answered the phone for food and beverage orders etc.

Quiet, fun pool, near Stanford. Great if you have an appointment at the hospital. Pet friendly!

Near Stanford university, good restaurants and parks, & in a lovely area. Some items in the room (missing knob on one of the doors separating the bedroom from the living room; toilet closet sink water drained slowly; and the main bathroom faucet wasn’t centered) were in need of attention. I reported them to the front desk. I forgot to report that the in-room Jacuzzi had very weak streams, not very helpful to my back or legs. , In the gym, one exercise bike had a seat un-adjustable for my height. The other bike had pedals which were very tough to rotate with my feet.

The room needs to be updated. There was no microwave. I didn't like using the stairs to go to our room. No view

Really enjoyed stay there! Great patio with opening doors and close to pool. Great for family big bathroom.
