Nice environment and clean hotel

Architecture is dated, but the property is clean and modern. Pool, bar, and fitness center are all nice. Rooms may have been considered spacious in the 1950s, but they are average sized today. Towels were thin. Air conditioning couldn't handle outdoor temperatures in the 80s and sunny. Engineering couldn't do anything to fix it other than give us a fan. Staff were friendly. The only way they get away with charging these rates is location and timing.

I will not be staying at a IGH hotel again, even though I am a member.

Close to Stanford and a great place traveling with kids.

I checked in after 11 pm after working 14 hours Stanford children's hospital. Checked out 6 am . I was impressed with front desk staff. And plan on going g back when I can enjoy this great hotel . I liked everything

Crown Plaza Cabana is our favorite in Palo Alto. The pool, the restaurant and bar are always welcoming.

We love our room though it was too far from the entrance at first but we found a short cut

Bed Nothing

The rooms are okay but a bit outdated.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Close to the parks where our son had his soccer tournament. Definitely will come back.

Great hot breakfast

could have used the dinner/hot tub to be open later. Was not told about the options in the pantry next to the desk, saw in the morning upon leaving that having a sandwich was an option or a salad. Would have been nice after a long day of driving/sightseeing

We decided to specifically stay there for the first time because we wanted, firepit, lanai, food, alcohol and a room with a jetted tub!! This is hands down the best jetted tub around! We travel a lot and stay in rooms that only have tubs, lanai, and fire. The staff was sooooo friendly and very helpful. The room was huge and had everything you could want for fabulous comfy stay! We're already re planning a trip just for the hotel.

I liked the hotel. It was comfortable and near the event where we were going to at the Stanford Stadium to watch the BTS Concert. None
