Carpet and surrounding needs to be cleaned. The room smelled like an old house. The carpet has stains. Entry door was hard to open. Food was ok, not worth it for the price.

There was a leak in the roof right near our room and the carpet was wet and had big blowers outside our room. Otherwise, the amenities were fine and breakfast good.

Considering the price of around $360 USD per night, I was very disappointed that the hotel also charged an additional $22 per night for parking. The breakfast schedule shown on Booking.com was not accurate for the weekend, which caused additional inconvenience. The biggest issue was getting an invoice. The hotel told me they could not provide an invoice because the reservation was made through Booking.com and that they only provide invoices for direct bookings. However, Booking.com states that guests should contact the property to receive an invoice. I explained this to the hotel staff, but they were not helpful and did not make any real effort to resolve the situation. For a hotel in this price range, I expected much better customer service and clearer communication.

Staff were polite and pleasant to deal with. Room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet.

The location was great. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was ok. The staff was nice. But the hotel needs a refresh. The carpet had stains, a wall outlet was pulled off of the wall, the bathroom light fixture was leaking water, and there was mold in the shower soap dish. There was a badly stained chair in the dining area. I didn't report it to management. I would recommend staying at another hotel.

Very nice stay. The only suggestion is that the pool area could be better kept up on a regular basis. Wind blowing leaves and empty cans about. Pool and hot tub needed skimming of leaves and debris. Wonderful place!!
