While a 2-star hotel, as it lacks a restaurant and other services, the hotel was good value for money as we got a very sharp rate. Our room was comfortable and quiet. A free laundry service and free bottled water were appreciated.

The property is well kept and easily accessible to the local area and regional surrounds. Staff was responsive and housekeeping kept the rooms cleaned daily.

The property is conveniently located and quiet. The room was small but adequate. What I appreciated most about the room was the wonderful showerhead. After a long day of travel and work the shower was a blessing!!

Excellent stay at the Palo Alto Inn...clean as a whistle, fantastic location and parking, comfortable bed, polite and friendly staff...if I need to be in the area again, I'm staying here. Wonderful.

Sparkling clean, great desk service, great cleaning staff, easy parking and close to Stanford. Water/snacks amenities and quality of soap/shampoo are a delightful plus!

I found the motel very warm and welcoming. Since I was staying alone, it was important that I felt safe. I must say I felt totally safe and secure during my stay. I would recommend it to couples and families roo, but also single women. Nothing that I didn't like.
