Our only complaint was that the bed had a metal base and we could hear it squeaking when we moved. Otherwise everything was great. We enjoyed he breakfast and loved the coffee machine and water dispenser in the lobby. The flower arrangements in the halls were really nice. The hotel was clean, well maintained and the staff were great. The location was excellent - next to the metro and frequent buses a block away.

The best thing to us is they offered free breakfast. I don’t need to rush to get foods before my tour around. Free parking is a plus.

The free breakfast was good and I especially liked that you could make your own waffles and the eggs and potatoes were also good. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and it was quiet and I didn't hear any outside noise. Gabriela at the front desk was very helpful getting the hotel wifi to work on my phone and the other front desk staff were very friendly. Really the only thing is that the water in the shower was not very hot even though I had the handle all the way to "Hot." I do like to have a hot shower in the morning. The hot water in the sink was hot so that was good.

The room was clean and we got fresh towels each day we stayed. The AC was blowing really cold air which we loved. Also real close to Don chilaques which was only a block away. 5 stars from Texas! 👍👍

Everything is good

Great stay, convenient parking as long as you get there when theres a spot. The common spaces were dated but the rooms were really nice. Great location for what we had planned and the room service was super convenient. The breakfast food wasnt good but it was free and there are cold options and waffles, and endless coffee! Will def stay again.

The room was not clean. The toilet had blood on the bottom of the bowl. Room was infested with roaches. Manager was no where to be found and did not contact me back. Not the greatest of areas. Would absolutely not recommend. Stay away.

Water dispenser in the lobby! Helpful staff, breakfast staff particularly warm and friendly. An older property. Wish the gym had curtains or some cover from street view.
