1. The location of the hotel is great for people who enjoy Chinese, Korean, or Japanese cultures and food, with countless Asian restaurants nearby; the hotel is also close to the underground metro station and grocery stores. 2. The personnel are super nice and helpful. 3. The price performance ratio is great, which makes it a more appealing option than hostels for solo travelers. For the price, there isn’t anything to complain about.

friendly staff sticky floors, warm humid air, AC had a weird smell to it and barely worked with remote, tv was basic local channels, bathroom had dirty stains in corners of the walls, shower did not work (half of the water came from the spout at the bottom and half came out of the shower head) and hot water never got above warm. parking is small and very limited. there was a homeless man hanging out by their dumpsters inside their lot. a single elevator that fits about 3 people and is slow. sheets were visibly stained.

Nice coffee shop next to the hotel Bathroom was dirty, the bathroom door was very moldy and the shower faucet needs to be fixed. I almost burned myself midshower when I realized the cold water was not working. The nob for the cold water was broken. The shower curtain definitely needs to be replaced.

The floors looked clean but were dusty... our white socks got gray within few mins. (thank god for packing room slippers!) Water pressure was very weak and took a while to get hot. When we walked into the room the whole room had a Clorox like smell... Not good for my daughter with asthma... but this was a budget hotel and we were there mainly just to sleep and head out. Had the basic shampoo, soap and lotion. No conditioner. They are very tight on parking and the parking spaces are pretty tight. I believe they share the parking with the restaurant and the cafe so if you do check in in the evening, you may end up double parking.

The overall VIBE is so refreshing! Easy. Quiet! Accommodating and very very polite NICE staff!!! I can't say how we enjoyed the SIMPLICITY BUT WITH ALL NECESSITIES with in reach UNASSUMING.. The staff treats you with respect! A truly refreshing change! given many previous encounters; Simple. Pleasant. Energy is perfect.. For anyone 18 to 80!! LOVE this place. A welcomed change from the usual stuffy slightly stiff.. Non descript culture shocked staff of past experiences in LA HOLLYWOOD GLENDALE similar establishments. 2 Ice? haven't seen yet THAT'S IT! H. Street noise BUT ends fairly early. Very active thriving bustling neighborhood. I was totally taken aback by the CROWDS.. ENERGY. SHOPPING ! EATERIES ARE ENDLESS!!! too many to choose MOST ALL IN KOREAN!! CRAZY FOOD FRENZY. . .2 blocks away.
