Great stay in Ktown, parking was confusing but was figured out. The bathroom fan does not work so it was hot.
-
Generally very dinky property. Day staff was kind but the night staff at the front desk was always short and rude. Parking staff was always kind. Air con was good, tv was good, decently spacious room.
-
Clean room, location close to everything we wanted to see, free parking and bed is pretty comfortable.

I stayed with my wife in a two queen bed unit. There was a free parking lot for guests, which was the main reason I decided to stay here. A good size refrigerator with a freezer section was provided. Beds and blankets were clean. The bathroom needs to be improved. The water from the faucet was too weak and the shower knobs were loose and hard to control. The bathtub had several cracks but was functional. The commode was too close to the wall, which made it hard to sit and get up from it (the paper roll holder may be in your way to get up from the seat). Towels of only one medium size were provided. Only two paper rolls were available throughout the whole unit. Overall, it is ok to stay considering the price of the unit.

No night light beside, room light is only one and extremely bright.. more disappointing is the shower basin,it should have definitely been renewed as this is not a facility of a motel alongside the intercity highway. Not much familiarity with the pictures..Room walls are extremely thin.i can say, facility is only one level above an old type of hostel;considering rooms are for single person at least.

Well priced in comparison We had to request our towels twice during our short stay. No safe available.

I have stayed in Koreatown hotels/motels so many times. But this place has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. The gentlemen working in the front desk they are so sweet and nice. When I was checking in the person in the front desk made us feel very welcome. The gentleman working in the evening he took care us. When I couldn't find a parking late in the evening he even valet my car for me. I was very grateful! This place is so awesome. I totally recommend this place!

The staff was very helpful! The restroom smelt like sewage. The towels in the restroom all had stains on them then I requested new towels and they gave me 2 big towels 1 wash cloth 2 hand towels both big towels were also dirty so I just used the hand towel to dry off. around 1 am the smoke alarm started chirping very loudly had to call the front desk took two tires but at least they picked up and help me stop the beeping. parking is very limited I tried to leave the hotel at around 8 for breakfast and my car was blocked in by several other cars.

This was my second stay here. I think there's new owners from last time. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Would stay again. Everything was great.

Staff was really friendly and AC was great
-
The TV turned on but none of the channels or streaming services could load. Weak WiFi or just bad tv. Plentiful hot water but shower curtain setup did not keep water in. Every shower flooded the floor. Old very worn towels, no bath mats or hand towels.
-
Perfect location and price. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Will def be back Hotel has free parking but the streets surrounding the hotel have none so make sure you get a spot if you own a car
-
Clean place, refrigerator inside the room, easy check in No coffee machine or microwave inside the room, location near to Korea town , some blocks from metro station, but we felt a little bit unsafe walking in the closest streets with homeless.

The personnel was very nice and helpful, they gave us a spot for our rental car despite being quite tight. The rooms are ample, having a walk-in closet besides the bathroom. The location is good in reference to the city, well connected, that is. The location looks a little dangerous, but in reality it is quite safe and we found places to buy some stuff even late at night. There is one microwave per floor, which is not ideal, but useful enough.

All in all, it’s what you pay for, one of the cheapest hotels. If you’re desperate to save a bit or you didn’t drive, it’s decent.

The staff and the location The towels aren't clean. One of them has lipstick
