I thought it was good price, until I walked in the room I would not stay again. Soon as I walked in the room I saw cockroach on floor OMG. Room has so many cracks bathtub cold water are not working well. Room has no insulation at all. Curtains would not cover the lights from outside. Room was so hot. When I turn on AC. Filter has mold and smells weird. Also, there's not enough parking i had to go out to the store and come back after 10pm after restaurant close so i can park.

Its a really ugly building, and the neighborhood is plain and boring, but given the high prices for LA hotels, this is really good value for money. Its a bit rough around the edges, but the rooms are very clean if a bit spare. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I had a room facing the back and it was super quiet, which I really appreciated. Easy walking distance to the Metro. Its not Beverly Hills, but the neighborhood seemed perfectly safe by Koreatown standards. Great price and I feel very satisfied with my stay. I think this will be my go-to hotel for future LA trips. Its not the Taj Mahal. Just keep expectations low.

The staff was nice and helpful, they send us back our money after we left the hotel (we booked for 3 nights but we spent only 1 night) The location is noisy, the walls are thin, smells weird, but the biggest problem: our bathroom was awful, disgusting and they should clean the clima. I don't reccomend

Good location

On the good side, the AC worked really well and the beds were very comfy. Overall, if you need a cheap place to stay its okay. Its decently convenient for con goers or if you want to eat nearby good food.

Close to amazing Korean restaurants!

Receptionist was nice, stayed there twice, two nights each time. Parking was inside, a bit tight but nice. Location is good, right in Korea Town not far from Universal and Hollywood. Our first room (our first stay) was newly renovated that was nice. There's a restaurant right by the parking and it smells like fish as soon as you leave the car.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was quite large and the WiFi was decent, the a/c was cool and it was good value for the week Some days there were very unpleasant smells, there were stains the first few days until housekeeping cleaned and the location is in a rough ish area with a lot of homeless people and dirty streets, it's also far (15+ mins walk) from the nearest metro stop. The walls were also very thin with frequent banging down or above and some yelling, shower was also very squeaky with no ventilation in bathroom so turned into sauna

All the staff were friendly and great. It was convenient for getting around. When I entered the room, there was an overpowering smell of cleaning products. The air conditioner’s temperature couldn't be adjusted, making the room freezing cold, and the TV didn't work from day one; despite my requests for service, the issue remained unresolved until the very end of my stay. Due to the rain, water leaked from the ceiling and pooled on the floor, soaking my carry-on luggage and clothes... I was finally moved to a different room on the last day. Generally, guests look for affordable and cozy accommodations online. Kindness, thoughtfulness, and prompt responses are the kind of service guests value. I hope you will take this into consideration.
