Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I wish they could have held on to our luggage for a few more hours (they only store it until 6 pm and our flight was at 1 am)

This hotel was ok but it was incredibly noisy. Not sure if this was just specific to me stay but the noise level was high.

Everything was great, clean, nice helpful staff, easy ample parking and situated in a great neighborhood in Korea town!

Always enjoy this hotel. Great location and very clean & comfortable. Wonderful staff. WiFi cut out multiple times, for long periods. I've stayed here many times and this has never been a problem. I'd also recommend not getting 2nd floor, it was just lot different than the upper floors.

The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and unstable, making it difficult to use normally. The water pressure in both the shower and the sink was also extremely low, which significantly affected the comfort of my stay.

Amazing service and easy check in
