Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. Large room with plenty of space for 2 people. Hotel is centrally located and close to amazing food and shopping areas.

It was clean. I felt safe. There was parking. It was closed to public transit and there were plenty of food places to go to.

I arrived here after driving for ten hours to discover that my room which I booked and paid for in full was unavailable because there was a syncing issue with the hotel’s booking system so someone was already in it. The hotel was unable to offer an alternative solution so I had to find a hotel last minute on a Friday night. Apparently they tried to send me a message which I didn’t get to because I was driving and the time stamp says I got it an hour after the scheduled check in time since we were running a couple hours behind. Honestly I wouldn’t ever risk it again, just spend the money and book somewhere nicer.

Hotel is always a decent affordable stay. I have stayed here multiple times now and have never had crazy issues. The location is superb for Ktown shopping and the free parking is also always a plus when we have a vehicle. Sometimes the rooms are a tad worn down but nothing that would warrant a hotel change. AC always works super well, and they can hold luggage if needed.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The room was pretty clean. Excellent location, right across the street from the Koreatown Plaza and a short drive from USC.

The pro was that it was very central to everything but the person next to our room kept coming in and out and slamming the door shut which made it impossible to sleep some mornings. It also just felt dirty

The inn was exceptionally clean and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room included all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant budget-friendly stay. It offered great value for the price, and I would happily stay there again.

Terrible experience. Got to the hotel and there was hair all over the toilet seat and the bed sheets. We told the staff and the man at the front desk said to tell the cleaning lady and all she did was flush the toilet and said she “cleaned” it. We wanted to switch rooms after seeing all the hair and they did not allow it. There was dust all over the ceiling and walls. The TV didn’t work at all. It would turn on and then not respond and stay stuck on the guide menu. Above our room there were noisy guests stomping around and pacing back and forth constantly. We called twice to complain and the disturbance still continued. Do not recommend this place at all! Staff are not as helpful and the hotel is not as clean as the rest of the reviews make it seem.

The location was excellent. There is a shopping center right across the street, which was very convenient. Hollywood and Santa Monica beach...were both less than a 30-minute drive away, making it a great place to stay for travelers who want to explore the area. The location was very convenient and perfect for a trip.
