Very Good choice hotel
-
Really friendly staff! Plenty of parking too.

While the staff was friendly and kind the building was under heavy renovation. One of the elevators was suffering from water damage and smelled of mildew and the room we were initially checked into we had to be moved out of because of a rouge beeping smoke alarm. While I have stayed in worse hotels it felt clear to me this place was recently purchased and not ready to be to be opened.

The room was great even if the lobby felt like it was under construction. No complaints. I had an excellent stay!

I had a fantastic experience here! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms are great—clean, well-appointed, and most importantly, very comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax, and I slept wonderfully during my entire stay. It is worth noting that the property is currently under construction and renovating, but the team managed the process so well that it didn't disrupt my trip at all. If anything, it is exciting to know the facilities are being upgraded and will be even better in the future. I highly recommend staying here and will absolutely book again!

The property was not up to the standard that it should have been. Construction everywhere and a lack of appropriate amenities. I do not recommend.

No issues

It’s an older property being renovated. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and nice. Great for 1-2. Nights on a quick visit to LA

We were unable to turn on the fire from the stove, so we weren’t able to cook anything in the kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were people parking in the parking lot. The parking fee is 15 dollars.

조식 없다 합니다. 현재 식당 공사 중이라서.

직원들은 너무 친절하고 불편사항에 빠르게 대처. 주차장은 정말 넓고 안전. 위치도 최고!

I stayed at Hotel Koxie for my birthday weekend and would stay here again. The biggest draw was affordability. The room was reasonably priced, and secured underground parking was only $15 per day—far less than the $50–$80+ rates I found at many downtown Los Angeles hotels. I also felt safe parking late at night. The hotel is currently under construction, so don't expect a luxury lobby or extensive common areas. However, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, budget-friendly stay, it delivers. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my room wasn't ready at the advertised 3:00 PM check-in time. Since I had plans shortly after arrival, this was inconvenient. However, the staff handled it well by providing a temporary room to get ready and waiving my parking fee, which I appreciated. One thing to note: the photos online mainly show renovated rooms. If you want the updated look, book a Deluxe or Superior room. I stayed in a Deluxe Double Queen, and it was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. The room included thoughtful extras like a clothing steamer, and the staff was friendly throughout my stay. The Koreatown location made it easy to find great food and explore the neighborhood. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay at Hotel Koxie again on a future trip to Los Angeles.

No amenities like iron

No restaurants,Shops. Only thing was to me was location."IN KOREA TOWN".
-
Overall the stay for my wife and son was terrible. No running hot water in the shower, untidy room and the entire establishment is in disrepair. In addition, the area does not feel safe or secure. Please avoid.

I live in Big Bear Lake, 2 1/2 hr. drive down the mountain. I travel to Koreatown every 2 months to stock up on Korean food. I've stayed at $126/night motels. I decided to give Koxie Hotel a try. It was $20 more, not including parking $15 more. For $146/night, I expected well maintained room. The dry wall around the room needed restoring. I stayed on the 5th floor. Enjoyed the view. If I revisit, I won't pay $15 for parking. Instead, park on the street.

Pictures on hotels.com were not the correct advertisement for the room we got. I understand they are going through renovations but I felt like we were bamboozled. The room we had was janky - desk caving in, crown molding not tight, and much more. It was fine for one night but I just don’t like how we were led astray.
