The location of the property is excellent however the property is dated. The elevators buttons are finicky and some lights on the buttons don't work. The room loses hot water quickly and our room in particular had a difficult time cooling the room.

Free parking and walking distance to The Wiltern, no complaints. The room needed to be vacuumed and could have done without the crumbs under the chair seat. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was great.

Clean rooms helpful staff

They had clean rooms, a helpful staff at the front desk, free parking that helped both my family that brought 2 cars, and good air conditioning. I really loved it and their other services if you chose to use them like their breakfast and bar in the lobby. If you want to eat to pay there. They had body wash and shampoo for their guests other than conditioner. The TV was rather wonky to use but who really uses TV after going to a hotel. The only thing I would recommend you guys learning is putting the green sign that way they’ll know to clean your room. Also if you plan on checking out of your hotel earlier without having to wait for the staff in the morning. It says 11 am to check out but the staff has said that if you want to check out earlier all you have to do is put the keycard with the card holder that says your room number in their front desk and leave it. Overall it was a pretty good stay for the Anime Expo 2026. I recommend staying in this hotel if you got the opportunity to do so.

Only 2 body towels were provided even though I booked for 4 people. My friend requested for 2 additional towels at the front desk before their hours ended, and the staff member said they would send the towels up. We waited over 30 minutes and no one arrived. I called the front desk and nobody picked up. Two of us had to use the small hand towels as body towels. The next morning when the front desk opened (8am-11pm, not 24 hours), my other friend went down to request for towels. The staff asked her how many she needed, and when she replied 3, he told her only a limit of 2 was allowed. There was no point in asking if that was the rule. They couldn’t hand the towels to her either since it wasn’t allowed, and it still took 30 minutes for them to be sent to our room. WiFi connection is slow. Shower head pressure is poor quality. Only 2 stiff pillows provided per bed with one thin comforter. I recommend finding a better hotel and avoiding this one.

staff is excellent and very delicious food

I stayed #502 on last Friday. Too much noise from laundry or H vac at around 10pm through 7 am. I asked front desk agent full refund. He was nice but he doesn't have an authority. This is not a rentable room. I think hotel knows about this problem.

Exceptional

Great location with free garage parking in Ktown! Walkable to many restaurants.

I stayed 5 days. My room was hot and I realized AC was broke. I had to move to different room. Little noisy coming out of AC but overall it was ok. Room was always clean but bathroom was outdated has little refrigerator two bottles of water and very close to market so you can pick up waters and snacks. 8/10 was good

Very clean and well kept. Location is perfect for exploring Ktown or even as a central point for exploring LA. Free parking available. Not a dislike, but just a heads up the property is a bit older. It’s otherwise well kept.

Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and in great location. It had friendly staff, and good value for its price. It met all promised expectations, but it was shame there was no pool or free breakfast and the attached restaurant was so expensive.

Overall decent place

My main gripe with this hotel was how dated it felt, like something in a Chinatown built in the 80’s. Chipped furniture, cracked tile in the bathroom, some corrosion to fixtures, out-of-fashion color choices and design, cheap lighting. Its main attractions were its low price, good parking, and K town location close to lots of food options. The bed was clean, and the room was quiet, but I did not care for the atmosphere.

Location good. There’s parking The staff weren’t professional. It felt a bit like they don’t fully care about the stay of the guests. For example. They had a conference in the hotel. Everyone parked there and we couldn’t park in the parking as guests of the hotel. The parking employee said he doesn’t have nothing to do with that like he can’t help at all. The receptionist helped. But it just feels they’re lack of orientation as customer service
