Great location, parking good is no event is happening.

Decently clean building and very friendly and helpful staff! Amenities in room didn’t work however.

It has everything you need nearby. You got a McDonald’s and a Ralph’s store. The staff were also super helpful. I’ll be back next year for sure!

The front desk staff greeted me with the most respect, which is wonderful! Explained all the steps and made it easy for me. I would come back again.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The first one was much better I must say. On this trip we were on the second floor and could hear the people above us walking and talking in their room with no problem. Both nights we were there we found a disgusting black substance inside our bathroom sink like something gurgled up and out of the drain. It was gross and covered the bottom third of the sink. It looked like sewage but it did not have that strong of a smell but it was still gross. This happened one time each night and we are not sure what caused it. We simply turned the water on and washed it down. The property itself is very convenient as we used the nearby metro and bus lines several times each day we were there. There is a Ralph's and a Denny's very close by. There are many crazy and homeless people in the area at night so be cautious. I would stay again but will make sure I do not get that same room number in the future.

Helpful staff, room is clean, close to the metro

For the price we paid you really can't complain for the location. Close to downtown LA, Hollywood and Koreatown is awesome. For 140-180 a night you can't really beat it as far as location. Shower sucked but that's my only complaint.

Clean room quiet spot, nice a little cafe downstairs, staff was helpful and close to everything in Korea town LA

Our room had no a/c unfortunately so we were pretty uncomfortable during our stay. The shower never got warm and we

Good Hotel. No complaints about anything. Good location, at least for me. Right across a grocery store for easy access to supplies and near some good restaurants. Didn't spend too much time at hotel since I was busy running around but it did everything I needed it to do.

Although a little outdated everything worked very well from water temp/pressures to ac unit. Location is accessible to just about anything you may need.

I wish that a continental breakfast was available and also an ironing board and a microwave in the rooms

This hotel is in Koreatown. The beds were comfortable, and I slept well. However... The elevators was suspect, it made whistle noises. I In regards to the bathroom, it was dingy, there is no top for the commode. The shower was gross and dingy. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower, one of the towels that laid across the bathtub was dirty. I did not have wash towels, only dry towels. The Parking is limited and the entrance to the parking lot of the hotel has a 6 ft steep before you reach the bottom to the parking lot, that caused anxiety every time I parked. It was horrible!!! The refrigerator made a weird noise, I had them take it out of the room, had I unplugged it the ice would have melted all over the floor, I was told. Then they had to switch out the telephone, due to static in the phone cord. I endured for two nights, before check out. The only saving grace was the bar they have located on the first floor.
