Good Hotel. No complaints about anything. Good location, at least for me. Right across a grocery store for easy access to supplies and near some good restaurants. Didn't spend too much time at hotel since I was busy running around but it did everything I needed it to do.

Although a little outdated everything worked very well from water temp/pressures to ac unit. Location is accessible to just about anything you may need.

I wish that a continental breakfast was available and also an ironing board and a microwave in the rooms

This hotel is in Koreatown. The beds were comfortable, and I slept well. However... The elevators was suspect, it made whistle noises. I In regards to the bathroom, it was dingy, there is no top for the commode. The shower was gross and dingy. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower, one of the towels that laid across the bathtub was dirty. I did not have wash towels, only dry towels. The Parking is limited and the entrance to the parking lot of the hotel has a 6 ft steep before you reach the bottom to the parking lot, that caused anxiety every time I parked. It was horrible!!! The refrigerator made a weird noise, I had them take it out of the room, had I unplugged it the ice would have melted all over the floor, I was told. Then they had to switch out the telephone, due to static in the phone cord. I endured for two nights, before check out. The only saving grace was the bar they have located on the first floor.

Good location and nice staffs!

The staff were great! Customer service at its best! You don’t see that much in Los Angeles!

Great place to stay if you’re attending an event at the Wiltern. Right across is Ralph’s and a lot of nearby restaurants. The only negative is that the water pressure is very weak in the shower head, but the faucet into the tub is very good. Maybe it’s time to replace the shower head. Over all, it’s okay.

The front desk and security were helpful. The rooms need an update. The toilet seat was stained and dirt was in the sink when we arrived. The dining area closes whenever, not what's listed online and they charged a 18% automatic gratuity to one drink we ordered. They didn't have wine that was listed on their menu and it was the beginning of the week. Parking was $10 a day and if there's an event at the Wiltern theater across the street they sell spots for $20. Be sure you're already parked or be prepared to wait and deal with fewer spots for you. The valets were driving fast and the wrong way in the parking structure when we tried to park in our spot. I will not return to this hotel.

First time in LA, staff made it feel like home.

Clean room and cold ac. Staff was great

It was a $10/night parking fee. The underground garage is big and has plenty of spaces. The entrance is kind of steep, so be extra careful when entering.

Overall I loved the look of this hotel! The front entrance is very beautiful. Our room was good and it had a nice conjoining rooms option which we did not need. The rooms were quiet even with being in a busy area. The only thing I think would be good would be updating of the electric outlets. Our chargers were loose in the outlets and the lamps and light fixtures seemed dated. The rooms were very clean though! And we felt very welcomed the lady at the front desk was very friendly.
