Spacious and super clean rooms. Great price. 24x7 desk service. Minimalist breakfast included. It's not the poshest of neighborhoods and there are homeless encampments outside but they have 24x7 security guards and within the parking lot and hotel is was spotless

The staff at the front reception as well as help with loading and unloading and security.

Room is dated but clean. Plenty of parking with security guard, felt safe. Microwave in 3rd floor ice room. Queen rooms are on street side and noisy, bring earplugs. Quiet rooms on parking lot side are King or Twin rooms. No in room coffee machine or bottle water. Breakfast has juices, coffee and packaged pastries. Attached Korean restaurant offers limited breakfast.

The check experience was horrible felt unwelcome. Told my credit cards declined when both cards have credit available in the thousands. Grateful I had cash would never stay here again. We were such in a rush to leave we forgot 2 items of clothing
