Room was clean when we arrived, helpful staff, quiet area, good AC for the summer heat. Good stay overall

The location is not bad. The internet connection is shocking, technically no internet connection mostly. Even connected, very patchy, extremely to do anything online. Smooth and fast internet will give lots of comfort for the visitors. Staff are friendly. Everything (hard infrastructure) works, but very old.

Nice room with a decent bathroom. Other than slightly weak water pressure in the shower, this room is great.

Great stay. Just as long as you don't mind homeless encampments all outside the property. Other than that I'd stay again

Left early due to roaches being in the room. Staff didn’t seem concerned. Wouldn’t recommend or return.

The outside of the Area was horrible but it’s downtown LA our room toilet was broken and our TV was also broken the queen beds were hard as a Rock we got switched to a king size Room was a little better but I won’t be staying here again

Very safe and quite. Near DTLA.

Great staff members. Close to LA Convention center where we had events. Supermarket across the street and plenty of restaurants in 1mil radius. No microwave in the room. Had to go to the lobby for warming up food. Prefer a better shampoo.

Its a good spot considering the money you are paying. I felt very safe which was important and a concern before going.

Good location, clean and friendly staff

Room was clean and staff were friendly.

The beds we had were stiff as hell. Felt like sleeping on bedrocks. We tossed and turned all night. And I’ve complained off poor water pressure, but never too high. It felt like a high-pressure water hose was hitting me. Waste of water too. And the shower curtain wouldn’t stay in place and the water gun would spray onto the bathroom floor. Not my bathroom, but just additional work for the cleaning staff. You get what you pay for, I guess. Fortunately it was a 1-night stay, but never again.

Some of staff were nice and others not and not nice attitude. Raoul is an amazing guy other than that the rest aren’t nice and welcoming Location is terrible, so scary and people around are so wierd. I got traumatized on my first day that I asked for early checkout. The room is poor, they had everything but low quality if it.

Comfortable room. Parking space was good. Wifi was very poor. This was disappointing since I was unable to do urgent work because of WiFi
