It was great

Nice hotel, parking is tight. Slow check in with kiosk. Room was nice and clean. Definitely need better directional signage throughout

The staff was really friendly and the rooms were well kept clean

When we got there. Our first room smelled like someone had been hotboxing in there with weed. They moved us to another room, the second room (202) had a cockroach infestation and a huge plumbing issue. Sewage was coming up the bathtub. Prior to this, we had management knocking on our door to ask us if we were showering because the plumbing downstairs was leaking. We weren’t, they knocked on the door across from ours - they had someone in the shower, and they were asked to stop showering. We thought we were in the clear, but saw the plumbing issue when we hot back that night, along with the army of roaches. We were finally moved to another room in the middle of the night, and that room was alright. When we checked out, they only waived our parking, despite the awful experience we had with the rooms…

Nice hotel but no free breakfast

This hotel was a nice ray of sunshine. You can tell the owners take pride in the property, considering the area. I appreciated the stay. The rooms were clean...Literally the BEST SHOWER EVER!
-
Small parking lot. my car was scratched due to this.the room I booked did not look like the room I was giving
-
Hallway, elevator & the room is smelling of cigarette/drug.

Very clean, the room gets clean everyday. No breakfast facility, except for the coffee shop in the building but no breakfast option.

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay, this is it. The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I actually had a bit of an incident where I misplaced my wallet at the front desk. The team was amazing—they secured it immediately and returned it to me safely. Their integrity speaks volumes about the hotel's management. Truly a great team!

Muy buena

They have a great cafe by the lobby. Only complaint we had was they had plumbing issues and we had to be moved to a different room

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a large number of individuals who appeared to be homeless or struggling with substance abuse in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, since our reservation was prepaid, we had no choice but to stay. The hotel lobby and café were actually quite nice, but the check-in experience was disappointing. Instead of being greeted by a front desk employee, we were directed to check in using a person on a video screen. There were staff members standing behind the front desk, but they never acknowledged us—not even with a simple hello or directions to the virtual check-in. We felt completely ignored. After checking in, we were directed to a separate building through a parking garage and into a small, dimly lit elevator with a four-person limit. The walk to our room felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Once inside, the room itself was dark and outdated. The carpet had numerous stains, and our window overlooked a large encampment. To be fair, there were a few positives. The shower had excellent hot water, and the housekeeping staff appeared to do the best they could to keep the rooms clean despite the condition of the property.

The neighborhood was a little worrisome and outside was a little dirty.
-
- hair dryer does not function properly. - location is bad. Too much noise and a lot of homeless people on the streets.
-
That is was clean and the staff was friendly That it was in the hood with lots of homeless people and very dirty streets and didn’t feel safety in this area
-
We were here for my son’s tournament for 3 nights, elevator were slow but we still had a great time, the place were quiet and parking is easy, the bed was so hard and the pillow isn’t comfortable, I wish they have more amenities.
-
Great buffet breakfast. Very close to the shopping areas.
-
Really nice hotel amidst downtown. Felt safe, was quiet, clean, all amenities, parking felt safe for $16.
