Room was clean enough, staff always there to help, convenient place for grab a quick coffee, parking spot and a $4 laundry room. Great if you want a space to just rest during your stay.

Good location to anywhere. The front desk staffs were nice and always helpful when you demand. Outside is safe than I thought.

I want to emphasize how clean the room was. It was cleaned every day with changing towels and bed sheets. We really appreciated that during our stay. The hotel has good parking that is reasonably priced. The area around the hotel didn't felt necessarily safe, but it wasn't as bad as other reviews have previously suggested. The hotel is extremely secure at all times there were people on reception and security at the garage. Staff was extremely polite, nice and helpful. We will for sure stay there next time we are in LA again.

The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable!

We did not like the area. There were a lot of homeless people and beggers. We just picked the wrong side of town I guess.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

When we arrived, there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the room, which appeared to be related to an issue with the AC. We were moved to another room, but that room also had a strong smell. It smelled heavily of Febreze, which seemed to be masking the underlying issue. We were in a hurry to dinner, so we told the staff we would address it when we returned. We were told someone would follow up with us while we were out and let us know what was being done. They never did. We even called the hotel and couldn’t get anyone to answer. When we returned, it was late and a different person was working. The room still had a strong, nasty smell, but we were exhausted and had already spent enough time dealing with the issue, so we had no choice but to settle in. We couldn’t even sleep comfortably. What made this worse was the complete lack of follow-through. We were specifically told we would receive a refund for our parking because of the inconvenience, but that never happened. There was no compensation, discount, upgrade, or any real effort to make things right. Problems happen, but the lack of communication and accountability was unacceptable. We changed rooms, dealt with a horrible smell, lost time, and had an uncomfortable night, only to have the hotel fail to follow through on what they promised. Very disappointing, and we would not stay here again.

Great location—only about a five-minute drive from downtown! There are plenty of Korean and Mexican restaurants nearby, so finding something to eat is easy. Having a 7-Eleven close by is also very convenient for snacks, drinks, and essentials. A great base for exploring the city!

Booked a 3-night stay for a wedding in the area. The overall experience was good. The hotel could benefit from some updates throughout the hotel. Although some rooms have been updated (based on photographs), unfortunately ours was not. The carpet was old, worn and stained. The bathroom was dated and small but served its purpose. The hotel is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel; however, we could smell marijuana throughout, and it even came thru the vents in our room. An easy update that would make a huge difference in my opinion, is if all the pillows were full-sized pillows. The room came with 4 small throw pillows. Staff and parking attendant were all friendly and helpful.

It was clean and they did a good job of housekeeping service everyday. The front desk was very helpful. I will say there was sort of an odd smell in the room which may be subjective but nothing too bad.
