Hotel was clean

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was awesome plenty of hot water for two people.

Internet was great. Didn't need to park, but my room was right what I expected it to be based on how much it cost. When I got to the room, the windows were open and there was soap puddled up on the countertop, but not really a big deal. I once requested cleaning and found my hand soap dispenser hadn't been spilled but the AC had been turned down once I left, which was weird, but whatever. I also believe that Orbitz charges more than the hotel's own rates, so it may be good to book directly with them if you can. A healthy walk to DTLA and cheap rideshares to that area + relatively cheap rideshares to LAX. Would stay here again if need be!

Hotel is in the middle of the “Hood” Pictures describing the place need to be updated. WiFi didn’t work. No access to internet whatsoever. No breakfast no nothing. Room was ok. The best thing about the hotel was its proximity to downtown LA. Parking lot was small and had to pay $45 dollars a day to park. Probably would not stay here again as not up to my standards. Was looking for a Hyatt type experience and received a motel 6 experience.

The hotel was not what it was posted on the website. I didnt stay there. I had to booked another hotel.

Clean room, good location. This is a lower end hotel. But for the money, being that close to downtown, and the room is pretty large. I'd stay there again.

Did not state we had to pay to park. Spend the extra money for somewhere put together

From someone who knows and lived in Los Angeles… the outside is not much but my room was actually clean and nice ..: interesting fave hotel fee and expertise fee were very different so try to book direct cheaper

The safe didnt work in either room and My wife got bit on Her Stomach by something within an hour of being in the room. We left after getting back from our event at around 2AM. So.eone in the parking lot next door had Music Blaring like a concert and heavy window shaking bass till around 1 AM. I got the feeling this was better of the 3 options right here but, you dont want to stay here or anywhee around here.

It was horrible, my daughter got bite by an unknown bug and they said they were gonna refund me for day one but never did.

Checking in, my Expedia reservation wasn't found, but after some phone calls I was given a room key. The room was much nicer than the lobby would make you think, and we really enjoyed it. They charged an extra $100 for a deposit and a $35 parking fee that was unexpected. Parking was a nightmare (super small alleyway with inches on either side) and I damaged my car, so honestly I wish i had booked somewhere else with the extra charges and damage. If start here again only if i didn't need a car.

The dad helped me and he was so sweet even though he is learning. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay with them again.
