When we first arrived, the room we received was very dirty. There were holes in the walls, there was graffiti on the door frames. The windows curtains were broken. We felt very unsafe in that room, so we went down with photos to talk to the front desk. He immediately apologized and moved us into one of their newly renovated rooms. This room was a lot nicer, it was very clean with multiple locks on the door. Everything was in tack and we felt a lot safer!
