First time staying at Cara and I liked the vibe a lot. The courtyard felt like a Moroccan oasis. Friendly and helpful staff. My WiFi for the TV was a bit wonky, but they gave me a generous credit for that inconvenience, which surprised and pleased me. That kind of unexpected service is why I will be back or whenever I find myself in West Hollywood.

All staff was very friendly and nice! The food at the restaurant was amazing! The room was super clean. Loved this hotel made the vacation amazing!

It’s was ok I had a problem with my key

No coffee in the room. Just overpriced snacks. No desk, just 2 very low uncomfortable chairs. No laundry bag. Confusing as to whether and when they clean the room. Very little public space to just sit and relax.

This is a beautiful, boutique hotel in the middle of LA. The room was clean and lovely, the bed very comfortable. The room was small, felt a little cramped. Not much room for suitcases, no desk space. There was no coffee in the room so we had to go down to the cafe or out to a coffee shop for our morning cup. We stayed three nights and the first night the TV wasn't working which was a little annoying. But the issue was resolved by the second night. Parking is by valet only and was quite expensive. In spite of all this, we enjoyed our stay. The room and the location were what we needed for our visit in LA.

Lovely place! Clean, beautifully decorated, nice cafe / restaurant / bar, comfy bed! I would absolutely stay again! Highly recommend.

Clean room, nice restaurant, & friendly staff!

The hotel itself was great, however it was in a somewhat undesirable location. My main complaint is that the hotel runs a restaurant I'm the courtyard right outside of the hotel rooms, so this can be noisy up until 10.30/11pm daily, and the sound of dinnerware being moved around starts up again at 7am.

This hotel is a treasure with lovely staff and comfortable rooms. The French windows opening out over the courtyard were so dreamy. The pool was not a pool, that is my only gripe. The restaurant and bar were great.

Enjoyed the room, restaurant, bar - the whole property is beautiful. And the staff is excellent.

We loved our stay at Cara and found the room with its balcony above the pool quite delightful. We also had a delicious dinner and two excellent breakfasts in the restaurant. Two minor quibbles: there was no charger for our devices and there was only one towel hook in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great. What a beautifully designed boutique hotel!
