Good

This hotel was great. The room was clean and had a very comfy king bed which was huge and more than enough space for 2 people. The bathroom had everything we needed like a shower toilet and sink. The aircon worked perfectly and was great when the temperatures were approaching 100. The location is great, right across from an amazing Target center and a block away from a metro station. The front desk people were very nice and helpful.

Everything was good

Very clean room. Very Quiet. The front desk staff was very professional. There was also another employee there that helped me with my luggage upon check in and check out, but I didn't catch his name. Regardless, I felt very safe there, and had no issues. I was able to work remotely while using the hotel wi fi, and had no issues with it.

The bathroom towels were few and some worn. They do not provide hand towels. There was parking, but not enough parking spots. I parked my car in one of them and didn't move it until check out. I used public transportation instead or walked. The location was good with restaurants in walking distance. And Hollywood Bl was easily reachable by bus. The air conditioner was very loud and the fridge was un-plugged when I checked in without knowing so some of my food spoiled. T

The family that ruins this motel is very nice and always makes me feel at home.

La habitación estaba limpia estaba muy espacioso se veía mejor en vivo que en la fotos . Lo recomiendo mucho . Ademas que el estacionamiento lo teníamos justo detrás de nuestra habitación. En general me encantó mucho por el precio . Excelente ubicación. Queda cerca de los estudios Universal y el paseo de la fama que fue lo que fuimos a visitar . Y los tacos de la esquina ufff!! Súper recomendados y con sabor a México.. volvería sin duda.

Well i could uber for cheap First parking way to small . Second bathrooms were dirty plus the towels old. You couldnt sleep to much noice and seem like the lower floor was having issues with the the top floor they kept stomping the floor and seem like the bottom lever kept hitting the ceiling. Then it was not even checkout and security just open are door out of the blues without even knocking in thats not professional at all

had to call AGAIN & finally came to assist. Very reluctant tho!! Must I be endlessly questioned WHEN FULLY PAID LONG AGO.?? Last resort . Barely the necessities.. very bare minimum. No lamp No end table.. a No phone HARSH GLARING BLINGING single light.. Was just insane.. EMERGENCY STAY I have to say. NOT unfriendly. .. easily 2 1/2 to 3 Stars .

Overall a great stay. A very basic room but a great deal for the price. Do plan to stay again.

Good location, clean room. Parking is included, which is a plus !!! Air conditioning and shower were in perfect working condition. Bag storage is available at the hotel for a $25/day fee.

Decent if you need a quick place to stay

The ac was super loud, sounded like an airplane and rattled all night long. The hotel smelled like an industrial cleaning product. Parking lot was small. You can hear car speeding all night.

The location is great, and the free parking is a big bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is basic, but fine for a night or two. One of the plug sockets didn't work, the sockets by the bed are also impossible to use with foreign converters due to their position. There's no side lamps close to the bed. The whole place smells of cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room. It felt secure. The bathroom could do with a lick of paint. The air con worked well.

Friendly, clean, safe, and quiet. I will definitely return!
