Found dust, dirt and hair on floors and in bathroom. Very dingy towels, stained sheets. Food left in refrigerator by previous occupent. Not clean as you would expect your hotel room to be. Didn't feel fresh, clean and sanitary.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is not bad, there are plenty of stores around, if you need anything except for alcohol. The area was quiet, apart from some passing siirens throughout the night. No alcohol sold near by. Small fridge and microwave was available in room. Parking was tough, although we had a spot it was very tight. We have a large size vehicle and almost didn't fit in the spot due to the small parking area. Furniture should be updated. The room we stayed at was nice but the shower tub was dirty. No breakfast available or coffee pot.

i loved the location of this hotel! it was very close to important things in los angeles such as the walk of fame, the hollywood sign and universal studios, all of those were 15 min far max. we also had target, pharmacy and restaurants near around! it was a good place to stay at for vacation. the cleanliness could have been better, we were here only for sleeping but the floor was a little bit dirty we couldnt walk barefoot without our feet getting all dirty, the bed make some noises when you move and the AC would turn off at night just because.

Great location and good price. Close public transport. Homeless people around the property.

The staff was accommodating when we showed up later than our check-in time. Also, they made exception with our parking. Thank you!!!!

It was comfy enough to rest The location was far from everything

The hotel from the inside was very comfortable and clean. The staff on the other hand was not very helpful. They were talking about that. There was no parking. I was gonna have to park outside. I couldn’t do late checkout.

The property is extremely old and noisy. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. There’s a gap between the door and the frame so all street noise also comes in, making it impossible to sleep. The AC is old - it’s like sleeping next to a running tractor. And if you can manage to sleep without AC the plumbing noise will keep you up

The perfect "budget" motel. Everything you need; on site parking, fridge, great East Hollywood location, and safe/secure.

The room was really nice! Its size, the furniture was good and the bed was really comfortable!!! :) Another great point was the air con, which was really a plus with the heat! The wi-fi was not working most of the time and the water jet from the shower could be improved.

Room was clean and quiet wish it had a coffee maker. Staff was friendly.
