That place is a trash. Room were dirty also there was bed bugs around the room and on the bed. I informed the employee but he was very rude and denied to help me. Room were dirty, bedbugs, smells of ciggerrets

I enjoyed it. Always clean, helpful staff, close to what I need to travel& eat& do laundry.

I then looked at the room more closely, it was dirty, the floor was sticky. I couldn’t stay in it. I went back to reception and the older guy got a younger guy to come out, I asked for a refund to be told no all sales are final. I explained the state of the room and wasn’t offered any help. I asked for him to contact the manager or give me the mangers details but got told they had no way of contacting the manager - which I find very strange. I then went and got my stuff and took the key back to the office where I then got a lady come out, I explained everything to her and she told me the cleaners were of the highest standard. If that’s so why was the room so dirty. I am very disappointed that I got no help from 3 different members of staff, no offer to move rooms, no offer to refund. I spent my time at the motel sitting on the steps beside the room - first due to the amount of air freshener that was sprayed and secondly cos of the state of the room. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

I liked that the hotel is not directly on the street, it has the courtyard inside some walls. They don't have a door to enter inside the courtyard, but it has cameras. The area was ok, not extremly safe, but other places were worst (honestly I didn't feel extremly safe anywhere in LA), so is was a pretty good choice. The area is also pretty close to the Hollywood, the Universal studio, Warner Bros studio, the observatory, so for some days only to visit the city and don't spend so much time in the hotel, this is the best option! It is close to a Target supermarket. The parking lot had several parking spots and I think I saw some cameras filming these parking spots. The room is decent. It is not very clean, but the bed was confortable and smelled fine. The air conditioning worked fine (but honestly we didn't use it very much because the wheater in LA is not very hot), even if it wasn't clean in ages for sure. The frigde was big enough for some grocery. The personal gave us ice everytime we requested! The personal was ok, didn't talk too much, but they looked like good people. The cleaning lady cleaned our room daily. The conclusion: if you don't spend so much time in the hotel room, it is great because it is very cheap, pretty safe and not the worst cleaning. They can definitely make more cleaning, change some furniture or bathroom units, clean the air conditioning, replace the door lock (it closes the door fine, but it doesn't feel the safest). The towels were veeeeeery dirty!! We used only our own towels (our beach towels because they looked cleaner then the ones from the hotel).

No hand towels or wash clothes, only bath towels, which were nice, but most people don’t want to wash their face with a bath towel. Fridge was good size but freezer was completely frozen over so I could refreeze my cooler packs.

Staff knocked on our door in the middle of the night to move our car from the handicap spot even though we have a placard. He promised us a partial refund. We learned in the morning at check out that he wanted us to move for HIS CAR. His car does not have a placard but he said he parks there when the lot is full. He also reneged on the refund and slammed the door in my face when I confronted him about the unfair treatment. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am extremely frustrated with the service and would advise anyone who want comfort and especially any with any handicap guests to stay far away.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness of the hotel to the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Everyone was very helpful, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Definitely the best hotel experience we had during our entire trip. Highly recommended!

Great location for visiting the Walk of Fame and taking the bus to the Griffith Observatory. Clean room and free parking.

It was nice and affordable really clean and comfortable The ice machine was broken they no longer have a microwave and coffee maker and I asked for a extra 30 minutes on my check out and the wanted to charge me 20 bucks
