Friendly Just the location

A nice spot. No frills but nice and clean and comfortable and not overly expensive. And the tiny asian restaurant across the road serves excellent food for a very reasonable price.

Superb

Almost nothing. The toilet seat was broken, pillow covers had blood stains and they did not clean the rooms, change bedsheets, remove trash, change towels, provide new soaps for the 4 nights we stayed. The parking was too congested. No microwave oven, no coffee machine.

I booked this the evening before I got there. It was the only thing I could find for what I needed traveling wise, what I was in la to see. There was parking not enough it looked like, one night we had a park on the side next to the trash cans. There was cable I guess. We just had a click channel to channel to see what you could find there’s no menu, at least not that I could find. They were two plugs next to the bed and two in the bathroom that I could use. It didn’t look super clean in certain areas. The shower water wouldn’t drain right away, we didn’t take long showers and we still had water to our ankles BUT what got to us was we saw a few roaches and that kind of ruined it for us

Would not recommend this hotel.

The place is sketchy

For the price, it was a ripoff. The property features over 20 rooms and 5 parking spaces. There was water on the floor of the room, but we didn't know what it was. The condition of the room was terrible.

Exceptional

Since the motel is located on Sunset Boulevard, I expected it to be noisy at night, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. That was one of the things I appreciated most about my stay. There is also a 7-Eleven within about a 7-minute walk, which was very convenient. I booked a room with two beds, and the room size was decent and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well, and I slept well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again in the future. The only downside was that the refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment.

Pleasant

The room was extremely poor quality however it was pretty good for the price. And I'll tell you what the staff is actually very nice and very helpful that's probably the best thing that I can say about the stay. Air conditioning also was a very powerful so you don't got to worry about that but the room was filthy
