Todo bien, relación precio y lo que ofrecen, el personal dejó mucho que desear, hablaban lo estrictamente necesario, todos menos la señora de la limpieza que fue la mejor

Worst "hotel" I have ever stayed. I think it's actually still a Super 8 Motel, but somehow the sign has been updated to reflect otherwise. Staff was inattentive. We practically had to beg for anything we needed. Communication was nonexistent. Parking was free, however the lot was very dirty, and there were people, who didn't seem to be guests, looking through car windows. I don't even want to assume anything about that. The rooms are dusty and smell musty. My mom and I had to stay in hotels in LA for about 2 weeks, as my dad was in ICU nearby, and we didn't want to make a 2 hour drive to and from the hospital every day. But I had a straight up mental/emotional breakdown the night we checked into this hotel because of how horrible it is. They were painting the lobby, so there were fumes everywhere, and we were unable to step comfortably anywhere. Elevator was small and felt as if something would snap, and we'd fall to our doom. And then there was the time the elevator was out of commission, and we had to walk up 4 flights of dark, dirty, spider-infested stairs to get to our hotel room. I'm grateful it was available and that we left mostly unharmed, but it was overall such a bad experience, and we had to book a different hotel as soon as we could.

This place has $120 rooms with a $200 incidentals fee. There were a few things I needed help with and the young guy with the scraggly neck beard would so no to helping and sit back down awkwardly and advert his eyes till u left. My bottle of water got stuck in the vending machine and I asked for help and he told me to call the company and he sat down and looked at the floor till I left. The place has visibly broken and disgusting everything! Everything is cracked, yellowed and throughly used. Do not stay here.

The only good thing about this place it was close to kaiser hospital Online it offers the option of a crib, this was the only reason I chose this hotel. I requested ahead of time, the day I checked in some guy with a bad attitude told me he never heard of that. Went to my room tv wasn't turning on, I called, same guy told me I can't help you, you need to wait until tomorrow. I wrote a comment to hotel about these things, same guy shows up with a really bad attitude, hands me blankets and starts to argue with me why I semt comment and why I couldn't just wait. That it wasn't his fault, it was the morning people who didn't tell him anything. He NEVER apologized and was extremely rude to us. Besides that, the room was dirty and run down, there was MOLD in bathroom, cracks.on floor, hallway was sooo hot and stuffy, wierd smell. I will make sure to let people know about their bad service and horrible conditions. That man needs to be fired if hes treating guests that horrible cant belive he works there. Will NEVER stay here again!!!!!

The staff very friendly. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. The ac was noisy.

Almost every thing We got stuck in elevator for 20min.. had to escape on are own elevator phone didnt work .. we had to pry door open with Brut force ... to get out

Overall good, the only downside is that there is a club thats part of the building and music is pretty loud. I feel that they should mention that when staying at there hotel.

Most people staying in hotels in LA is because they are visiting a theme park. I got the the hotel at 8pm calling a head of time letting them know I was later. Check in and they tell me The elevator is b- and I have to climb 4 flights of stairs- not ok!

walking distance to food, pharmacy and stores. a bit noisy at night

It was close to where we needed to be and available. Elevator was broken, the immediate area is not great at all, there was a hair in the shower. Air conditioning was very very loud

It was a satisfactory stay. I didn't like one of the staff when we checked in, he was quite rude, but the other staffs were awesome.

I wouldn't stay here again. We stayed on the 4th floor and it felt like it was about to cave in with every step. The refrigerator wasn't on and the room was extremely hot. Thanks but no thanks
