Eastsider Motel -Downtown LA New Rooms

It is close to downtown yet quiet.

I feel like the only thing I liked about the property is that it had a liquor store and a grocery store very close and walking distance It stunk in those rooms that sheets have holes in them, and there was no good reception from my laptop phone to keep me entertained while I was in my room

Great staff and help. They attend to your needs with great smiles. I wish the price had stayed lower I would have stayed for the week. Perhaps another time.

Was a lovely experience with friendly staff will be back

The price and parking The room wasn't clean enough it was kind of dirty you could see all the stains Nobody wiped down the counters on the tables right or scrubbed them cuz it was all kinds of dirt all over it in the witches not cool.

The room had roaches everywhere

Bed was comfortable Cleanliness, location, roaches,

Grocery store across the street I had to pay the roaches

Clean decent rooms with air conditioning - neighborhood has good public transit and large supermarket one block away

My door locked The whole trip roaches over pricing loud arguing dirty bathroom

I liked the price and that they didnt make me pay a deposit. I didnt like all the shady business going on there and that there was a lot by the back fence with couches like homeless people hang out there. It didnt feel safe.

Outside disgraceful conditions of the property. However, inside my room was very clean, quiet and with a comfortable bed. The suburb and the neighbourhood was a very unsafe place to be.

Check in was fast go in your room mind your business.
